I think it was meant to be an 'accidental' text sent to him that was to some other person talking about a date she has that night to let kevin know that she has other suitors

Ding, Ding, Ding....again....I've dealt with a crazy. She'd ask me to hang out. When I said NO, she'd make up some name and say "that's cool, Joe Schmoe want to hang out with me" ...okay? Then go with him you nut. Then, i'd get texts from that night, "I'm having a GREAT time!"...and things of the sort. :bang2: X 10,000

It seems as if the guy was trying to get rid of her after having had sex with her.

Admittedly, her reaction is disturbing, but I can see where his behavior might be off putting. It was a crummy thing to do.
