The organization isn't all about championships, why should the players be any different?what this team is missing is players with the heart of a champion and coaches that know how to make sure their scheme fits the players they have as was posted the other day the cowboys are now more of brand than a football team
Lots here obviously love mediocrity too. I see it every day and just laugh.Standards, ive been saying that years while the fan base has been loving mediocrity.

You have to have a core of players and head coach who put football above everything else. To the point where it’s detrimental to everything else in their life. That’s what builds champions. Say what you want about Irvin but it was football before anything else. Nobody outworked that guy.NO ONE loves mediocrity. What people get weary of is nonstop, 24/7, end-of-the-world doom and gloom whining over something that’s supposed to be fun.
Jerry and Garrett have raised a bunch of young housewives. They lack the ability to be like this. While winning and football may be important to them, there are many priorities over that. They did not deal with that stuff in the 90s. Winning and football was on their minds 24/7. Look at my sig and compare that to the team of the 90s. Just sad .
