This is why we drafted so much on defense

One overlooked thing is that almost our entire offense was homegrown. It allows a high powered and efficient offense to cost less and gives you some confidence that the offensive coaching staff can handle it. The main change in our offensive players, provided we stay reasonably healthy, is Demarco is gone and replaced by McFadden/Randle/Williams who are all far cheaper.

And we are still changing into the Marinelli defense. Our corners don't really fit the scheme and I think the staff just was never that high on Bruce Carter. And Marinelli's scheme is about rotating the D-Line frequently, so not only do you need different types of D-Linemen, but you need more.

We got robbed. It was one of the biggest officiating errors in the history of the game. I will take this one the grave...

And yeah, we missed some opportunities, made some mistakes. There is another team out there. They are trying to win too....

But we did what great teams do. We battled back and we had a 4th and two. We went for it. And we made the plays. Garret went for it, Romo went for it, and we gave our best guy a shot. And our best guy won. It was taken away by some ....#%#$%#$%#$^%$^$%^%$^

Robbed. And instead of having momentum, having scored a TD and then kicking the ball, and being all fired up, it sucked the emotion right out of the team. You could feel it just go away. Its hard to fight that. We got robbed. We got robbed. And I am still wondering why these officials , still have jobs....

Yeah, the D will be better this year. Hardy, Jones, Gregory, Lee back, Ro signed.....I love that swarming defense Marinelli runs....
