We can only hope that the cap room we have is spent wisely, Teddy Bridgewater perhaps as an example and that Lincoln Riley is appointed .

This truly feels way worse than the Campo and Chan Bailey era because that team was bereft of talent

This team has talent but our coaches don't know how to use it.

Garrett should have really been canned after the 4-12 season, probably even earlier. Guy is totally clueless. Worst part is when Dak threw that INT the real fans here knew EXACTLY how the game would end. We have seen it all too often. Mentally weak team....

Dak is a mediocre to average QB. Your mentality is why Jones does what he does. You aren't going to beat the Mahomes, Goffs, Brees, Bradys consistently with this guy. You're asking every player on the team to be significantly better than their counterparts in order to win to make up for Dak. That is insane.

McNabb really wasn't a very good QB. Like Dak, he wasn't very accurate. Andy Reid really coached him up and did something with a good receiver when he had one.

After last night's game, I think the problem with this team is more than obvious. Coaching is the biggest issue.

1. Garrett still has trouble managing the flow of the game--see timeout and challenge in the first half--unacceptable
2. Both Witten and Booger were calling out the plays on first down. The one time they tried to pass, they used an empty set. Where is the play action on first down?
3. Dak is an average QB who could be better with a better philosophy. People who are calling him out for fumbling---come on. It was a hard hit and that is football. The Titans also had two turnovers but were able to overcome.
4. Marinelli looks lost and everyone here who loves Richard so much...he is calling the plays. The defense couldn't get it done last night against a very poor offense.
5. There is very little discipline on this team and the stupid penalties are just killing us.
6. Connor Willams is playing out of position--that is not his fault.
7. Clap, spit, clap...that is what Garrett does well.

I honestly have no idea what offense we run. A third of the time we run the RPO but the QB never runs. Then we run a power game with all the TEs but never throw it to the TEs. Then we run a shot gun spread without the deep threat. I for one am done with the offensive staff including Red Jesus. In the end though i am afraid that the people who say it doesn't matter because we have no GM were right all along.

RPO is a bunch of crap at this point. You need a QB to be able to throw the ball otherwise NO pass option. Defenses have zero fear that Dak is able to challenge them.

My hope at this point is, there is a QB that is pretty highly rated in the draft, but that falls to the 20’s in the draft. And the cowboys are able to trade back up into the first round and draft them.

That’s where my hope currently lies.

It will also feel pretty good once Garret gets booted.
