Dak isn't working out. He didnt even have a bad game today, but thats exactly why he isnt working out. Im tired of seeing 175 yards and 1 td.

And dont blame it on the WRs either. Honestly I see a lot of open stuff on the second or third read that Dak just doesnt go to.

And believe me I would love nothing else than to see Dak succeed, but he isnt. We didnt win because Houston knew Dak cant throw for 300 yards. Hell even 250 with an overtime.

If im Jerry im calling Herbert to get his measurements.

Only one problem with your thinking. The Giants and Broncos are doing the same thing. It would not surprise me if the Giants go all in. Stephen will not do that but I like your thinking.

Best case scenario is we are picking in the top 10, because if we do you can guarantee we will have a complete coaching change.

The 1 coach I can see sticking is Richard and he would be promoted to DC. The defense is better, and you can see his imprint on the team and playcalling.

With that being said I think Jerry needs to go for a young OC who has some creativity and willingness to adjust when needed.

QB needed, Dak doesn't go through his progressions, his accuracy is below average, and with his inability to throw the deep ball you eliminate a lot of what this offense can do.

Do we need WR's...?
Yes I think as a group we are average, but we need to get better. I see them using Tavon as a focal point at times as a decoy and a playmaker and when they do that this offense seems to do okay, but like we've seen over the years with Garrett and Linehan they go away from what seems to work. With that being said, I can see Tavon being re-signed especially if we get a HC who is a OC that looks to exploit matchups.
