This offense has to start faster!

We have seen the same issue for some time, our offense starts off slow every week. With a very suspect defense, always playing catchup isn't a formula for sustained success. The way this team has been built, the offense needs to carry the team for the full 60 minutes, not the last 45.

Today, they started again painfully slow and even coughed up the football 3 times within the first 10 minutes of the game. If I stand correct, all three turnovers were in their side of the 50. They basically gift wrapped 3 scores to Atlanta to start the game. They got lucky this week, against a better team, this is a recipe for disaster.

This wasn't so much the Cowboys starting slowly as it was them not catching on to the fact one defensive player from Atlanta was punching the ball out every time he got close to it. Once he went out with injury, the Cowboys were turnover free.

NO. the offense has to stop waiting until we're losing to open up.

Let you in on a little secret....those first 10 plays or so are pretty much scripted. KM wants to see what kind of defenses he's gonna get in certain looks...then he starts to dissect. Offense isn't the problem. It's our defense that gave up 8 scoring drives today. We can't stop anybody.

Yeah it was turnovers and defense. My only worry bout the offense is the health of the line.
