This OL is not very good so far

the OL has faced some really good front 7s this year and they are frequently out played

with the NFCE lead on the line - missed switches - not one decent hole - stupid flags - no intensity

45 sacks allowed in the last 15 games (not to mention 2x as many QB hits)
that's pitiful - they are 7-8 in those games

22 sacks in the last half on 2017
- 18 of them in the 4 losses

23 sacks in 7 games so far in 2018
- 17 of them in 4 the losses

Dak is on track to be sacked 52x this season
that would have led the NFL the last 5 years, and is double the sack rate of 2016

yes, I think I'm the best play caller for this team and SL is a mad man (hell, I never even agreed with WCO zone blocking in a timing system)
4 TEs on a game day roster is bizarre, only one deep shot ... madness
Dak if far from perfect and looked to scramble too often today, HE GETTING TWITCHY
.... and yes JJ and JG and SL ain't changed

still, the root cause of this is the OL - so far in 2018 they are mediocre, at best

Zeke - two weeks ago held to 2.7 YPC vs HOU and 2.2 today think about that a while

"fine" - utter denial. the OL sucked again today - Zeke was held to 33y on 15 carries - that is a fiasco

half the comments on this forum are about how bad Dak, but ignore Collins and Williams whiffying blocks all day, not to mention 50y of penalties

Dak is inconsistent with short touch and is over thinking things in the pocket, he's also becoming inconsistent at what was once one of his best strength, keeping his eyes up field on the move, lots of issues there but 9 of 10 game are won in the trenches

When your play caller (Frederick) is out, it's gonna hurt. Frederick was the best if not the best Center in the league if not the best he's easily top 3

On top of that we don't pound the ball which keeps defenses fresh, instead of pounding the rock we go shotgun 85% of the game.

Jason Garrett's offense may be good if we had a Brees type of QB but we have a ball control QB who should be under center running play action instead of RPOs

All the blame goes to Jerry Jones and Jason Garrett and there is not a doubt in my mind that's the root problem...

Question what team signs Garrett to be their coach, lol

The difference is the Commanders targeted their whole defense on Zeke, while Dak’s arm gets no respect. RBs are afforded games like this every once in awhile and the responsibility falls on the other guys, particularly the one who gets all these looks because of Zeke and he should be making the defense pay..

Did you watch the game? Our O line stunk, but Much of the blame for them stinking so bad is due to our coaches predictable play calling. We insist on running into 8-9 man boxes and only throw the ball when everyone knows we are throwing the ball. This O line is struggling, but the coaches make it so much more difficult with their predictable play calling.

We go shotgun to make it easy for Dak. There is a reason he’s operated out of it in college. Linehan had to reduce the 5-7 drop back because he’s awful at it.
