This running game

I get Zeke is probably not 100%, but my goodness, he has absolutely no wiggle, none, his vision is horrible , no speed, above average blocker.
Pollard at least makes something out of nothing a few times, not that he has huge holes either.
This OL really is just not good, forget Average.

All that being said.. you would think wonder boy would come up with some better running plays, change it up, I swear it seems we just watch Zeke run straight into 5 guys for 1 yard gain 15 times a game.

My only regret with the running game is that they continue to try to go straight ahead instead of swings and wide runs.

First, Pollard getting only 3 carries in a game is a crime. You can see how much more explosive he is than Zeke. He has the ability to break a run for a big gain. Zeke cut to the outside on one play and had daylight in front of him and stumbled over his own feet. Pollard would have taken that another 15 yards. Zeke is the better blocker so keep him in on passing downs but both he and Pollard dropped passes today that could have resulted in 1st downs.

They have to give Pollard more carries. And they should get a RB who is a threat out of the backfield.

Watch AJ Dillon or Jonathan Taylor run then watch Zeke, this is very sad.

But we are stuck for this season so gotta make the best of it. One good thing is Dak is showing more mobility lately, this is a good thing.

Sequel Idiot went from explosive RB to smash-mouf RB to plodding RB to struggling RB and now as a decoy.

All Arizona did all game was attack everything that Dallas does, consistently...Dallas merely adjusted by acting confused. Except for luckily making it through about 8 minustes of the 4th quarter.

Dallas was very lucky to not be much farther behind with a hand full of plays that could very easily have been turn overs.

Look no further than the Oline. It’s been terrible. Our backs are getting hit before they make the LOS far too often. Better blocking leads to a better run game. Football 101.
