What are your real feelings about this coaching staff we have?

All year long it has flipped and flopped and spiraled being overwhelmed at every turn in the season.

I can no longer support anything connected with this staff.

I feel very sorry but do you remember a few weeks back when players started questioning the coaching and gameplans?

When we axed 3 players trying to make them appear as scapegoats to stop the player rebellion going on?

Now it clearly appears they were right and as fans we did not have a clue what was happening.

We saw them sign McCoy and Poe and Haha Clinton Dix and promptly cut them.There obviously was and probably still is a core group of players that are not happy with these coaches

This is a deep rooted issue that has not gone away.

We are going to hear more rumblings shortly.

They have faced a LOT of adversity this season. That said— their response to the adversity has left a lot to be desired.

They looked good on Sunday, and were absolute trash today. Wildly inconsistent performances points towards poor coaching.

For me? Fire everyone. Cut bait. Purge the roster of bad contracts (Zeke and Jaylon especially). Hire a new staff in the offseason and start over.

Failing to acknowledge this is not working is only going to delay the rebuild.
