After watching the post game interviews I can't help but think this team really feels accomplished after this game. Almost a we overcame the impossible type of attitude. Wow!

Maybe we as fans could switch places with them and let them watch us get the crap kicked out of us. Then we could sit there after the game talking about our accomplishments.

It really amazes me how the win will over shadow all the mistakes and poor play.

are we talking about offensive or defensive guys post game interviews? Because the defense has every right to feel accomplished, those guys did their job

I'd pay good money to see that.

Considering this o-line...any win is a miracle.

They won a game they came very close to losing Idk what the expectation is..

That's what good coaches are for. To bring then back to reality. This should be called the comedy zone.

I think to players a win is a win. They have played well enough to win and lost some tough games (first Giants game last year) so today it went the other way.

I don't think we should underestimate how concerned they probably are behind closed doors about things but I get where they're coming from in talking to the media.

What do you want them to say? "Yeah we won, but our offensive line sucked really bad and we're probably not gonna make the playoffs this season."

You guys who want this team to throw each other under the bus, are delusional. I am serious. Have you ever been part of a team at a professional level?

You DO NOT air your dirty arsed drawers in the media. Especially if the fans are asking for it so that they can "FEEL" better about themselves and the organization.

So because they are keeping things in house, they are the delusional ones?

You might should check yourselves if you are one feeling this way.

The Dallas defense has every right to feel better today than what they did last week in Seattle. The offense on the other hand? Well I didn't see any chest pounding interviews today to wag my finger at. To think the offense isn't aware it has problems, is delusional.

Thanks for reading.. :D

I can understand your feelings as a fan. I saw the game and the numerous mistakes, penalties, etc. But still, looking at it from our players' point of view, they did pull out a Win, after a week of heavy scrutiny and a day of hard fought battles. I can give 'em a few moments of feeling good about the outcome.

Film break down on Monday will bring 'em back to some reality about their individual play-by-play performances.

Maybe we as fans could switch places with them and let them watch us get the crap kicked out of us. Then we could sit there after the game talking about our accomplishments.
Made me laugh, but I'll pass.

I recognize my limitations and life does a good enough job of trying to kick the crap outta me as it is. I see no need to subject myself to the physical annihilation I would surely suffer at the hands of any NFL opponent, hell bent on making me wish I was never born.

It really amazes me how the win will over shadow all the mistakes and poor play.
Wins do that sorta thing. Ever heard some of these time-honored phrases, like:
“Winning isn't everything, but the will to win is everything.”
~ Vince Lombardi

“Every time you win, you're reborn; when you lose, you die a little.”
~ George E. Allen

“Winning is not everything, but the effort to win is.”
~ Zig Ziglar

“If you're not making mistakes, you're not taking risks, and that means
you're not going anywhere. The key is to make mistakes faster than the
competition, so you have more chances to learn and win.”

~ John W. Holt, Jr.

Etc., etc.

Me, I'm seriously glad we won, messy as it all was. Need to trust (and hope) our Coaches will continue to work on improving the many shortcomings we all witnessed Sunday. For now, let the team enjoy the win. I know I'm going to.

We'll all have plenty of time ahead to analyze/overanalyze the Bucs vs Cowboys game during the coming week, leading up to CHI @ DAL on MNF, Game 4.

after the first QTR what part of this game to you was ever in doubt?

This team is still a very undisciplined team that makes a lot of mistakes and is not playing anywhere up to its talent (except the offensive line which is just plain horrible). In practice the offensive line drills must be after the ball is snapped, stand up and either:

1) get pushed back like you are on roller skates
2) get beat after you completely whiff on your block

or

3) fall down (at least the defensive player might trip over you

........its the NFL and the guys on the other side of the LOS are trying also. Those guys are also professionals trying to win also...........

we expect the Cowboys to win, but they are not entitlted to win

Now, back to the OLine problems:rolleyes:

I would fill in at punter at the away games---scoreboard is to low for me to kick at home.....Second thought after looking back at the punters protection, I 'll bring the water bottles out to you guys :D

Yea, cuz I know when I fight hard to overcome my mistakes and difficulties to have a successful outcome all I do is cuss myself out for doing that. Focus on negative, never the positive. If things go bad just stop trying. That's my motto.

I think this team knows they can't win many games playing like they did. I also think they understand that winning even ugly matters.

There are no points for style and I did not hear any one of them claim they played a great game. So no they are not delusional.

Exactly....ask the week one crowned champs, the Sf 49ers how they feel this morning?

The NFL is a tough league to win in, and the Bucs play very hard. should they be satisified with how they played, no, but they shouldn't apologize for a win either.

Actually, I think it's the other way around. "Winning isn't everything. It's the ONLY thing."
