to a more defensive minded team.A team that grinds out with the running game.A team that uses short passes mixed in with a threat of the deepball that RW11 can provide. This offense will be all about 1st downs.I dont see how our defense doesnt have a stellar year with Wade calling it a full year.I actually see it being a very very good possibly top 3 Defense.I like this draft,I like the vibes.

kinda reminds of some team in the early/mid 90's that won 3 championships... hrmm....

It is the easiest formula for success. Win TOP, play solid defense, and minimize tournovers. It does not work for everyone but we have the players to make it a success. Consider a fan of this strategy!

At what point last year did you see Roy Williams provide a deep threat?

Ah. Gotcha. Not sure why I thought that...

Carry on...:D

Provided we can stay healthy, this should be the best defense the Cowboys have fielded since the 90's Super Bowl teams.

Thats what im thinking as well.

We grinded out a few wins that way under Tuna

We just have to be more disciplined.

The game is still won in the trenches...

We need our OL to play alot better........

Yep. When Romo gets a consistent pocket he is absolutely surgical. Guy's accuracy doesn't get enough credit. When he's healthy and given time he's one of the best.

Too bad they fell apart when he needed them the most last year, with the bum pinky and sore back - against 4 straight top 5 defenses.

Well, that might be a stretch. I'd settle for a playoff appearance, and then a playoff win.

50-50 is a Positive Pam around here...

I love the plan. I've always loved that kind of football. I just hope we have the horses to do it. Our run D concerns me slightly... We almost can't afford any injuries in our front seven, I don't think.

But if we can mostly run it but still sprinkle in some Romo and Felix big plays, it should be a beautiful thing. I really think Bennett is going to be a matchup nightmare for defenses, too.
