After every loss including the playoff game the coaches and players would say “this team lacked physicality & toughness”.

According to 3x SB winner Nate Newton, the coaching staff needs to implement more 1v1 and group drills to create competition and instill discipline in any bad techniques displayed.

Don’t want injuries. New NFL. We will have more injuries during the season.

That is false, injuries will happen if the players are severely under conditioned. If there is already a slight tear then I rather have a full tear happen now instead of middle of the season.

Training more physical in a controlled environment will actually reduce injuries during the season with better conditioned bodies that can take on the hits.

I believe injuries have increased more during the regular season as off-season training camp time & physicality gotten reduced.

Nah, you don't have to go back to the bull in the ring days to be disciplined. At this level, discipline comes from the player not the coaches. I don't think we'll be seeing any NFL players running black Halos for going off sides! Lol

That’s what I was saying. Sissy practices and no real contact till preseason. They will hit the season not football conditioned..

If you don't practice at 100%, you won't play at 100%

that doesn't make you tough. its a mindset and the way the OC and coach decide how to manage the offense and defense and how aggressive they want to be. its about OL scheme and how they are coached to play. practices are to perfect what coaches want to implement.

You can't teach tough or physical...those are natural assets. But you can teach technique and instill discipline. With 15 flags in a playoff loss, I think they need discipline more than anything else. And that's why you have to have a Jimmy or a Parcells as your HC.

Jimmy's team had some off season idiots, but they left that BS in the off season.

Now this I can agree with. That opening drive when the 9ers ran it down our throats made us look like we were boys playing among men. That physicality wears on your defense even more mentally than it does physically and the end result was Randy committing perhaps one of the worst penalties of the season. And it is in my humble opinion that game is what made JJ decide it’s time to let Amari walk when he saw those 9er WRs breaking tackles and blocking like tight ends.

Those were the days!

This is the new NFL. Practices are supposed to be easy now. You're living in the past.

Do you even believe the crap you post?
