A coach who can actually motivate the players to get the best out of them. Whoever we get also needs to hold the players accountable for their mistakes. Letting Folk keep his job this long is ridiculous. Wade is not a motivator and never holds players accountable for their mistakes. Can Garrett do these two things? I am not sure but he would be hard pressed to be as bad as Wade in these two areas.

We had one but he was too hard on the players so he quit and we got stuck with Wade. :bang2:
