I’ve listened to FO, coaches, and players since SEVEN got hurt. I watched the pregame and listened to some more of them talk. I swear to God that this team has treated the Trevon injury “like a funeral”.

Did anyone notice the body language on the sidelines today? Even before kickoff. Did you see the pouting, and the whiny complaining on the field all game long?

My biggest disappointment from today’s game was the lack of motivation and desire from the “stars”. Let’s not even talk about the QB. Let’s move to the other so called “leaders” like Ceedee, Tank, Micah, LVE, Martin, and even Tyron. Why the hell did they look like they were crying, and give us the perception that someone had died every time the camera was on them?

There was zero leadership today. Not from Big Mike, not from the starters, and not from the hurt players all standing around mourning after every missed play, and especially after every flag during the game.

I hope Micah is REAL, and not just a bunch of hot air that acts hunky dory during the good times. If he’s going to become the best player in the NFL, first he’s gonna have to teach his guys how to be mentally tough during adversity, and not stand on the sidelines like pallbearers at a funeral service.
Ceedee needs to man up and stand up, and also get the look of dread off his face when something’s not going the teams way. And for the love of God,Take the memorial sticker off your face.
All the others starting with Dak, DLAW, Martin, JK, and LVE need to act like the vets they are and ralley the troops,

As for Coach, he needs to act like his job is on the line. A few more of these and we will be seeing Jerry make a big change. It’s starts with motivation and inspiration, not dressing up and standing on the sidelines acting like someone died.
Very well said. BRAVO!!

Not just the team
Which I felt similar to you in first quarter specifically.

But the National Media, a lot of the beat writers. All were like this was some huge loss we'd never overcome.

I've not seen that before over a CB injury, it was quite bizarre.

When you realize your QB is a healing pile of dog poo, it’s hard to stay motivated…

I thought Dak was supposed to be the leader? Isn’t that one of his most admirable qualities?
Not a Dak thread.

When the leader of the team says it is OK to go in the corner and cry you go in the corner and cry. Individuals will always be placed above the team in Dallas. Diggs and his annoying little brat are super stars. They are the team. They are what matters.

Imagine a culture where the players are a part of something larger than themselves. Where the team is what matters. Meh those days are long gone. It is what it is. Maybe they will turn it around.
Attacking children now?

Some real low class posts these days.

there was one play where micah held his hands out twice, like what are you guys doing and why, and everyone ignored him.

The Diggs injury happened too late in the week for them to mentally rebound.

The Defense will have to go through an adjustment period without Diggs, and they have to make some changes. Now they should've played better, but to think there wouldn't be any fall off is crazy.

My biggest sore spots on the Defense was LVE n Kearse, not the CBs whose play left a lot to be desired.

yes we did treat it as such, and in typical Dallas style, laid down and acted indifferent to the game results. It was all about losing the game to support Trevon. I believe that. Thats how the new age player thinks. Not saying we didnt wanna win, I am saying the team was indifferent to it.

Our problem is red zone offense......period. Score TD's yesterday and we win this game. McCarthy had Rodgers....now he doesn't and this offense looks simplistic and flat. We had problems scoring in the zone with Diggs was healthy so I don't need to hear the excuse.

Tre is a top 3 player on the roster. Defense should be ok this season but you can’t replace a guy like that. The defense needs to lower the bar a bit and the offense needs to pick up the slack.

Not just Diggs .. but Diggs, Martin, Biadasz and Smith.. Four pro bowl players out of your lineup hurts you. Not just on the field but mentally as well. The energy from the Cowboys was off from the opening kick. It's something that happens to this team 4-5 times a year. If I knew why I would call in the solution.

I think the Diggs injury not only impacts pass defense, but run defense as well. Prior to Diggs going down, the Cowboys played a lot of man coverage. Now I think we will see more zone coverages and as a result, teams will see a lighter box to run against as Dallas’ safeties will have to play deeper.

lol Yeah Dak is the reason the Cardinals scored 21 points in the first half. Allowing for over 100 yards rushing and multiple big plays in the first half also. Yes lets blame the Dak for our defensive troubles. We had 14 penalties, that's Dak fault too right? When you have that many penalties and allow a team to run for over 200 yards then you deserve to loose.

Its sad only a few people realize this. Diggs injury was huge. Loosing a blue chip player hurts. We went from playing man and keeping safeties in the box to help with the run to this soft zone. And they ate that soft zone up.

With Diggs greatest defense in generations. Without him can't field a team that can compete against bottom feeders. Give me a break.
