Best Oline money can buy , Best RB money can buy , great back up in Pollard . Great Rushing QB with skill set to exploit Pat defense like Ravens did . We should not have needed much passing at all

But the worst coaching staff on the planet that has no clue how to prepare for a foul weather game . Dak making glove adjustments in game because it wasnt prepared for during the week . Witten cant catch a wet ball . Cooper cant secure it , Cant protect the punter .

How can you be a southern team playing in the NFC EAST and not have proper bad weather preparation when you know you are going to NY , Philly and Wash every year this is just amazing to me .

Not sure what makes these games more frustrating to watch . Our Coaching or lack there of .

The officiating or Jerry in the box watching over this cluster ***** he has created

You are 100% correct this team was built to win games like that but there's one X Factor you forgot the head coach LOL

It's hard to do when your star back needs a blow every time he carries the ball twice in a row

I wonder if Dak killed some running plays so he could throw the ball more? I am just wondering. Seems he is doing all he can to get paid. Handing the ball off 40 times in a game like this was the best strategy but not for him. Just a guess. Dallas should have run the ball 40+ times in that game including some from Dak. 25 to Zeke, 10 to Pollard and 5 to Dak.

I think they handed Zeke the ball twice in the 4th quarter of a game that was 10-6/13-9 when the run game was working all day. Hard to blame him for that.

Dak had 1 rushing attempt. I don't remember if it was a designed play or not. Covering QB runs was one of the few glaring Patriots vulnerabilities on D this year (and with Belichick defenses historically.)

Coaches job is to overrule that if it happens, but I don't think Dak is suddenly a stat ***** after years of sacrificing pass attempts for run plays without complaining.

This is exactly right. This is also exactly why we can't be a throw the ball 50 times a game team. We have to be able to play physical, error free football with sound execution. We have never been that team, under this coaching staff.

I think Tom Brady is literally the only QB in NFL history with a winning record when throwing 50+ times in a game. And the Patriots in this weather decided to run way more themselves down the stretch because of the conditions.

i saw all i needed to see when they handed it off like 5 straight times and all were successful. definitely should have continued to do that, but i highly doubt it was because dak wanted to throw the ball more to help his contract. winning the game on top of what he's already done this year would have been much more beneficial

Yet they shhhh the bed. On key 3rd downs, why wasn't 21 in there? Made no sense.

Brady and the Pats understand how to win games. They understand how to win games in weather and they understand how to win championships. They have the advantage of practicing and playing in that type of weather but make no mistake, if they came to Dallas and played us in good weather, there is a very good chance they still beat us because they don't do things to beat themselves normally. We do.

I don't mind throwin' it....but not in a monsoon vs the best secondary in the league.
just like the vikings game,we go away from what is working.
this staff just doesnt seem to have a "feel" for how the game is unfolding before them.

Provided we ran into the best D and brightest coaching mind, still no excuse for punching in a TD after getting to 10 yard line .

Honestly, I really don't have much issue with the Offense, other then the poor preparation for the weather. I mean, I thought the game was called well by Moore. In general, what he called was successful. It was the execution that was the problem. WRs and TEs should have been wearing the proper gear and they should have been practicing with it all week. QB, same deal. The game plan should have continued through Zeke IMO but hey, our crappy play limited our Offense to and extent and that kinda effected game call to me. It's pretty simply though, fix the coaching. Get players in here who can execute the game plan and a lot of this stuff goes away. 10 years of the same crap and we are no better off then we were in 2007. I've listened to the team and the fan base say we just need that guy, we just need a better player here, we need to pay that guy and we will have enough talent. Well, we aren't going to get much more talented then the team we have right here, right now and we are still making the same stupid mistakes that cost you games.

Ball is in Jerry's court.

In a game like this, where conditions are terrible for throwing and catching, you have to stick to the ground game with both backs and let the other team make the first mistake. Unfortunately we made two critical mistakes that led to turnovers and we tried to play catchup through the passing game. Doesn't work.

I agree. Best RB in the league and Dak who wants to be the highest paid QB in the league & dallas can't score a TD to win the game in the 4th. Something stinks in Dallas!!!
