SERIOUS investments are made into the interior OL.

Livings and Bernadeau were atrocious yesterday, and Cook is a career backup.

Can't forget that Free is in decline mode.

I continue to be baffled as to why this organization will not upgrade the interior OL. Tony barely had a clean pocket yesterday, and Seattle was clearly the more physical team in the trenches.

Expectations are LOW until the interior OL gets a REAL overhaul.

You mean two guys who barely started (or didn't start at all) on mediocre teams weren't the solution to all of our problems? Don't worry, when Costa comes back, everything will be right in the world. :lmao2:

OL don't sell jerseys.

But they do protect your franchise quarterback and allow you to actually run the football, especially in hostile situations like yesterday.

they've tried, but they don't know how to draft them. 4th rd pick Arkin, should be starting by now, but he can't even be activated.

Agree. Watching the SF game last night they dominate both lines. They have used first round picks on at least 3 of the 5 o linemen and maybe more, and that speaks to the emphasis on this from an organization standpoint. Crazy physical team on both sides.

yep, its all because costa and kowalski got hurt

watch how we dominate once those 2 return

Yup, it's an absolute joke. This organization cannot evaluate offensive linemen.

Agreed. Another miss in the draft.

Until we get stronger in the trenches, I'm not expecting much. 8-8 or 9-7.

Of all the things to take away from the game yesterday I don't really think you can make a case for this. Granted our interior is a bunch of schleps, but those guys played pretty well yesterday against a big Seattle front line.

It looked to me that Tyron and Free were getting beat constantly and that's where most of the pressure came.

Jerry wants this franchise to be worth 3 billion and you don't get there by drafting dull fat linemen. You get there by going after the sexy pick like Dez Bryant so your team gets talked about day after day.

So what if he turns into a monumental bust? He got you headlines and that is all that matters.

The real problem starts at the very top, fellas.
