It's about 10:45 central time, which means we're not too far off from 24 hours from when we'll know tomorrow's outcome. This board will be hopping regardless, either in all-out party mode or burn-the-place-down mode. Reality, I hope you have amped up security. :)

What is everyone's temperament right now? How do you think you'll feel before game time?

Personally, this game is all I can think about. I rewatched last week's Philly victory, along with parts of the 2007 game where Witten ran without the helmet. Wanted some good mojo coming our way (silly, I know).

Come kickoff, I'll be so pumped, but anxiously so. A rah-rah, fist-pumping-every-first-down attitude, all the while chewing the hell out of my fingernails.

Gonna go through the History of the Dallas Cowboys and America's Game DVDs and listen to "The Cowboy in Me" and "Should've Been a Cowboy" a bunch of times in preparation myself.

It's all I've been thinking about this week. It's crazy.

I want this playoff win so bad it's not even funny.

The Eagles know they're about to run right into a huge hornets nest. This has really gotta suck for them.

Right now I feel very excited about the game and I have a very good feeling about this game :star: I am a little nervous, but I still have a lot of faith in the Cowboys :starspin

Tomorrow I am going to the Theater to see 2 movies. I am going to see the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie and also Sherlock Holmes. After my movies get out I will listen and watch the first playoff game that will be played today (it's after midnight as I am typing this post so that is why I am saying today) and after all of that it will be getting close to the Cowboys game and that is when I might start to get more nervous. Even if I get really nervous I will still have a lot of faith that the Cowboys will win this game :star: :starspin Right before the Cowboys game today I shall be so excited :star: :starspin

Go Cowboys :star: :starspin :star: :starspin :star: :starspin

Better. It's like the night before Xmas when you're 17 and you're getting a nympho super model and her skank twin sister as your present. But....That's just me.

This is the closest I have felt like we could win the SB since Irvin went down. We could lose at any step of the way, but this team is as good as any team in the playoffs.

I am confident but the butterflies are starting....

Same here. The only thing that makes me nervous about this game is the confidence level here on this board. It reminds me too much of right before the GB and the second NY game. Knowing there was no way we should have lost those games yet we did...If I can just get past that feeling...

I thought the 2007 team was the second best team in football but just barely lost to a very hot Giants team. It was a team with quite a bit of weakness in the secondary and Romo was still quite unseasoned as a starter at that point. He still made quite a few mistakes at that point in time.

I think this team is as good as anyone in the NFL. We are as good as the Chargers, Colts, Vikings, Saints, Packers and Eagles. Whether we win is up to the football gods but there is no team that I fear this year. Send any of them down our way.

I can't wait for tomorrow. We so owe the Eagles a major beating for that cheap shot on Romo and for the way Reid liked to run up the score on us during the Campo years.

That was still during the period of time when we were trying to revitalize RW11. We have given up on that now and are trying to feed the rock to Witten, Austin, Crayton, Felix and Barber. Of those 3, the most critical by far are Witten, Austin and Felix. We'll go far offensively if we get these guys the ball in good situations.

I am excited and cautiously optimistic.

At times like these, I also feel extremely fortunate for the technology that allows me to cheat geography on a regular basis. I have access to DFW sports radio and television. I visit this website often. I watch all of the games and usually listen to The Ticket's post-game shows. It is both bizarre and beautiful that an expat like me is able to stay so plugged-in to the team despite living roughly 6,500 miles away in a place where none of my friends or acquaintances have an interest in or basic understanding of "American Football."

Kickoff is at 3 am Sunday morning, local time. Let the playoff run begin!

I think it's a close game tomorrow. I think the Eagles try to slowly move the ball down the field vs looking for the quick hit, and based on that, I think we win 24 to 17.
