But today heped Jerry's rationalization. Ergo max factor and sirus unum, Jerry was relieved Garrett and others saved face, so to speak. Ahem.

I don't think so. If Jason loses 44-6 next Sunday to the Deadskins I don't think that helps Garrett at all. Probably hurts him more then this win helps him.

The NFL is so ripe with parity and week to week results, Jerry might actually win one with Garrett by accident one of these years. Well, maybe not, but they might make the playoffs every now and again. That's probably good enough.
