This was the highlight of 2012

You can see pure joy in Jerry's eyes as he greets each player. I hope he gets to feel this way after a lot of games this season.

Great vid. Jerry is a lucky man that gets to do what he loves.

Really great vid. Say what you will about Jerry, but I really think that he absolutely cares about his players and producing a winning football team. He might not be the best at it, but he has a passion for it I think.

This clip is exactly what I think about when I think about the Fat Evil Pirate getting fired. Jerry's not exactly transparent. It might entirely be an oversight here, but I see that and think that there were probably internal meetings going on already where they'd decided Ryan wasn't organized enough or whatever and had made a decision to go another direction at the end of the year.

Maybe I'm reading way too much into a very small thing, but, maybe not. Anyway, this clip is the reason I wasn't shocked when Ryan was let go. Somebody astute--maybe you, CL--pointed this same thing out at the time the clip first surfaced.

The feeling seemed mutual too or maybe Ryan could just see the writing on the wall.

After watching it again, there appears to be something there.

I was hoping for a game in February he does that.

I agree. I love the fact that Jerry actually cares about winning unlike some other owners (Bengals come to mind). My only problem with Jerry is that HE wants to be the reason why the football team wins. He wants to do it HIS way. He would rather lose for 18 straight years HIS way than to win 1 year someone elses way.
