Last year, we went 12-5, and had the #1 offense. Yes, we got beat in the first round of the playoffs, but our offense was a great offense. Turpin is 5'9" and weighs 152 pounds. If not for the USFL he'd still be playing football in Poland, which is what he was doing before it.

He's fast, but doesn't have an NFL body.

This is not a popular opinion, but here are the problems in Dallas keeping us from building a better roster:

• Our FO has a good scouting system for drafting led by Will McClay. We are drafting much better than a decade ago which has infused some young talent from the draft.
• BUT…Stephen Jones sees the salary cap as a wall and GMs like Les Snead of the rams, Jason Licht of the Bucs or Brett Veach of the chiefs- they all see the cap as a speed bump. They make aggressive moves. Stephen tells why we can’t.
• SJ has turned Jerry from being a wildcatter oil man taking football chances to a billionaire tycoon who’s more interested in playing with his toy and counting his money than doing whatever it takes to win.

I really think they expected this season to be more of a retooling year . Last year was our All In year.
