Unless the Texans lose then it was only a pre-season game. :laugh2: In the big picture my hope is the same as it was from the get go and that is to get in some good work for the team and get out of pre-season with no major injuries. Having said that just like you I don't want to hear it all year long how the Texans beat the Cowboys. :laugh2:

There's absolutely no correlation between winning in preseason and losing in the regular season, nor the opposite. The two have nothign to do with each other.

Reading the houston chronicle and reading a little on the texans fan forum, they hate us. They hate our city, our fans, our team, our owner and our stadium.

Some of the stuff I read in there newspaper and there fan forum were absurd. They are expecting cowboys fans to be showing up on there blogs and forums and telling everyone how the texans suck and blah blah.

I love how cowboys fans are stereotyped and we are all front runners that still think its 92.

anyway, this should be a good game, they have some good young playmakers in jacoby jones and andre johnson. Schaub has looked good and ahman green should be solid.

Their front four consisting of four first round picks has been dreadful, though I dont think all four have played together at the same time. They are supposed to this week however. So it should be fun to see how columbo and adams handle williams if he lines up on both sides. Curious to see our interior against okoye and johnson, who have struggled so far.

They have a good group of linebackers, but their secondary is pretty average. So it should be interesting to see if we can run outside the tackles.

I get so tired of hearing how having a good preseason kills your regular season.

There was never a team who lost the first 2 games of the season and then won the Superbowl till we did it in 93.

There was never a running back to have ever won a Super Bowl championship, the NFL Most Valuable Player award, the NFL rushing crown, and the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player award all in the same season till Emmitt did it in 93 as well.

Same here. It is easy for a Houston football fans, they know they suck they know they have never done anything in this league but if they can beat the Cowboys that is all that matters they will carry that torch all year long. I too live in Houston and no way in heel do I want the texans to win. I have friends who are big Texans fans and it's like they have loved them for 20 years! Their fans are unlikable and perform at their jobs like David Carr did - BAD. I lived in Jacksonville when we got the Jags and they were easy to like because they were actually GOOD. Mgmt sucks in Houston and David Carr is the face of Football in Houston. Up until 2nd grade I lived in St. Louis... and I was a Dallas Cowboy fan somehow :laugh2: .
