You never have enough cover corners.I fully believe they are comfortable with Bland, Elam and Carson until Diggs returns. No need to overdraft CH

3rd round I think you are looking at Giddens or MartinezThis is exactly what I'm expecting, then get their RB
Third round is the absolute latest you can go HB. I agree that it will be pretty dried up by the time we are on the board in the 5th. Thats why I referenced Sanders. He could be one of the good ones left. Might be undervalued right now due to the depth of this class. He is a good double dip candidate.-I don't think they will wait on RB this yr, cause we saw what happened the last two drafts, left with players who really didn't upgrade what we currently have.
-Take the best available DT or LB at 44 to improve their run defense and add the other on day 3 for depth purposes. This is where adding that extra pick would really make an impact if they were able to swing a small trade back. They had their DL coach go to Maryland and Oregon, watch those two NT's later on if they are unable to address the NT on day 2.
-I haven't seen urgency this offseason needing another high corner. They have spoken with a few, but really not that many. We only have 1 of the 30 list too. They could target another corner to compete for reps at the position, kind of like they did with Carson last year.
What's the deal with Ollie Gordon? He was one of the most promising RBs in college, then a huge fall. What happen??????3rd round I think you are looking at Giddens or Martinez

I really hope they have interest in Harmon, although I dont see him lasting. I can see Phillips being a day 2 target. Gap versatility to get alot of snaps in a rotation and also a fallback if Smith doesnt improve
Good question. I like Gordon as potential value in this draft, but that has to be investigated. He is probably still a day 2 guy. He is another guy Id add to the list at 76What's the deal with Ollie Gordon? He was one of the most promising RBs in college, then a huge fall. What happen??????
Phllips and Caldwell are the NT's they have shown interest with, could one be there in the 5th rd? Most likely off the board, but you never know with that position.3rd round I think you are looking at Giddens or Martinez

Anywhere of day 2, but 3rd rd makes the most sense as there should be quality depth to chose from. Martinez has been connected the most, but there are several others in that range. Also, watch out for Brashard Smith in the 5th, he is a local visitor with Tony Pollard skillset being a former WR with juice.Good question. Caldwell maybe. I think Phillips could be a 76 possibilityPhllips and Caldwell are the NT's they have shown interest with, could one be there in the 5th rd? Most likely off the board, but you never know with that position.
I agree, he is the ideal for our scheme as he can play either interior spot and offers some rush abilities.Caldwell maybe. I think Phillips could be a 76 possibility
I do think Smith could be pushed down there. I think teams might have Love higher and that could drop Smith since they offer similar skills. Smith would be a home run in the 5th. Especially if we add a grinder like Martinez, Gordon, or Giddens in the 3rd. Or Judkins or Johnson in the 2ndAnywhere of day 2, but 3rd rd makes the most sense as there should be quality depth to chose from. IDK as I didn’t watch osu this year, but they went from playing in the big12 championship in 23 to winless in conference in 24. Maybe he was the only player defenses had to worry about? What's the deal with Ollie Gordon? He was one of the most promising RBs in college, then a huge fall. What happen??????
I have started to like Judkins the back from Ohio State, he looks like a bell cow back. He has speed and power in his game.As long as they get a bell cow somewhere in this draft I’m good. Sanders and Williams aren’t bell cows.
Everyone knows my love for LB’s. And we need them every year it seems
Exactly why IMO he's excellent day 3 value........In other words, I'd love to add him as a 2nd RB drafted with a later pick.IDK as I didn’t watch osu this year, but they went from playing in the big12 championship in 23 to winless in conference in 24. My bet is they go:Going way back to Tony Pauline's rumor at the senior bowl, Cowboys are looking to target an early WR and run defenders.
-After the top 4 WR prospects, huge drop-off at the position. Might not even be an upgrade over what we already have in house at the position. Perfect world, you find a trade partner and still get the receiver you want. Furthest you move back is 17 in front of Seattle who is also looking at the position.
-Day 2 is all about finding a run defense upgrade and filling the RB position. Run defense upgrade could be at LB or DT.
Keep in mind, Eberflus is a former LB coach and his first Colts draft pick was Darius Leonard who won the defensive rookie of the year. His 1st signings were 2 linebackers with the Bears. Both Schwesginer and Knight could definitely be in play.
What about a possible NT? Williams, Collins, maybe Grant could be there at 44.
There will be good depth at the RB position on day 2, but might be all dried up come their next pick in the 5th rd.
-Day 3
#1 find depth at the corner position, perhaps target a nickel corner to compete to become the starter.
#2 take the other run defense position not selected on day 2 at LB or DT
#3 add another running back in this deep class
#4 continue to add more pieces to develop on the OL
Same here. He reminds me of the late, great Marion Barber.I have started to like Judkins the back from Ohio State, he looks like a bell cow back. He has speed and power in his game.
Don't forget Harvey, Tuten, and Sampson in 3 too.3rd round I think you are looking at Giddens or Martinez

Many have Golden, but the Cowboys have shown more interest in T-Mac.My bet is they go:
- WR - Golden
- RB - Judkins
- DT - Alfred Collins
I want to put fear in opposing defenses and make them cover the entire field. Many have Golden, but the Cowboys have shown more interest in T-Mac.
My guess today would be:
1-T-Mac
2-Schwesinger
3-Martinez
His production wasn't great in his college career and he has been moved up cause of his 40 time. Think 12 is too rich. I get the fit, but he will never become a #1 receiver, where T-Mac can.I want to put fear in opposing defenses and make them cover the entire field.
That’s why I prefer a Lamb-Golden combination.
I think the Cowboys have lacked speed for far too long.
That’s part of it for sure. His production wasn't great in his college career and he has been moved up cause of his 40 time.
Would you consider Tyreek Hill a ‘#1 receiver’?Think 12 is too rich. I get the fit, but he will never become a #1 receiver, where T-Mac can.
Cowherd said that Seattle loves Tet. So if the Cowboys like any of Golden, Ebuka, or Burden. There is your trade partner right there. I don’t see anyone in the teens after us that wants a receiver except maybe the Seahawks. Would you take a 3rd and a 5th to trade back to 19?Going way back to Tony Pauline's rumor at the senior bowl, Cowboys are looking to target an early WR and run defenders.
