i loved it! some of the scenes will just make you want to fall out of your seat laughing.

if/when you go see it, you need to stay for the end of the credits, as per usual marvel movies.

Like Thor, but didn't really like the first. It seemed to lack the attention given to the Avengers, Hulk, Iron Man, etc., and the action was sparse which I thought was surprising. I'm going to see it so no spoilers, but is Thor showing off his power more in the sequal?

I haven't seen it, so I'm going to have to give it an "Incomplete" grade.

Most definitely.

I enjoyed it, but I think I would have enjoyed it a lot more with different music. It wasn't as funny as I was expecting either. It had it's moments, but it wasn't consistent, and the overall tone was much darker and more serious than the original.

It was an enjoyable movie overall and Thor's interactions with Loki were very well done. Agree with Chldsplay about the music.

Spoiler alert; Is it me, or are there some serious Star Wars nods throughout the movie? Hand cut off, that monster looks a lot like the Rancor from return of the Jedi, laser cannons, etc. Also, I was getting really tired of Thor getting his butt handed to him. It started getting a little old. Some other holes in it, but it was a good watch.

The one thing I thought was a bit odd were the placement of the two post-credit teasers. The first one after the splashy end credits would have fit better at the VERY end of the movie (after all credits). The second one at the very end of the credits would have been better where the first teaser was.

Just my opinion. I thought the movie was entertaining enough.

It's similar to the Avengers where the mid-credit scene was a precursor and the end credit scene was just comedic fluff. I can see how they put the important one first in case people didn't stay for the 2nd.
