why team isnt here, we didnt execute down the stretch,

and we didnt deserve it and we didnt play well down the stretch and do little thiings that makes it necessary

we all understand challenges, lot of cristism, i think we can sit together and be successful

nah, not if i dont play in pro bowl, its aabout the team like these teams in superbowl

i think guuys have one goal,

you being a quiet guy, yeah, i think we do have leaders in locker room, there is accountablility and we challenge eaach other, i disagree wiith that

any conversations with team after season, to a man, everyone is upset, time for us to get better and play better and no one is going to give it to us

jason garrett, i think he is great, and there are personalities and he does a good job controlling that,

can you work harder, just get on same page, our team understands that and play good down the stretch, just like cardinals got drilled by new england, but they stuck together

i would hope if we got in, but obvioously we didnt earn it

talking about players jason, we cant allow ousiderst to affect what we do and stay together, you dont have to be choir boys holding hands, but you have to respect your teammates

doug williams coming on next QB that won a superbowl

DC or theebs, Doug Williams the QB that won a superbowl with the Commanders was on ktbb. He had some positive things to say about fixing things on cowboys issues.

One of them had to deal with smoaky asking him if he could deal with T O. Doug Williams went on to say, that T O would have to deal with him if he was the cowboys qb. Talked about like for example, a Commanders wr that would come into huddle talking and doug williams would tell him to shut up, and he coudnt say what he said literaly because it was on radio air.

Williams went on to say, that the QB is suppose to be the leader of the team, and something like the money he was paid, he should step up, till that is done, this team is going nowhere.

granted i hear things one way, and you hear things sometimes another way, but thought if you could put it up DC or theebs, would be a good listen to for cowboys fans.

jacquee taylor was on too, and i think he hit the nail on the head with this team

most of these players are more interested in their status to get to pro bowl, or paid more money, etc, instead of the simplest goal, win

when you win, and get to the big game super bowl and win, all other things fall into place, your stats, your pro bowl recognition

example jacquee taylor gave, and yeah i know some of you dont like him, but to me, he tells it like it is

2 examples he gave, smoaky asked jt about when bradie james says stewart wasnt the problem on defense, jacquee laughed and said, something like this, when numberous players on defense, moan and groan for 2 years with stewart as defensive coordinator,then yeah that is a problem, that bradie james didnt want to say that on the air,

that the players liked stewart, but didnt respect him

like bradie james, he got mad when he didnt get nominated for the pro bowl, which enforces what jacquee taylor says, too many players on this team are more concerned about money, stats, pro bowl honors than the super bowl itself,

that what bradie james should have done was go out, and prove in the next 2 games ok, since you didnt vote for me in the probowl, i will show you, and play awesome in those 2 games, but james didnt do that, he got mad

just a thought zoners,

the focus of this team is way off cue for the superbowl, too many other things the players want, than just go out and win and get to the superbowl
