Ill start this by saying that if you think BC is calling plays still youre blind. This Offense is still starting slow and thats going to be their fall its just theyve been playing some bad teams in the giants and raiders.

This Offense is leaving its defense out to dry. Too many 3 and outs. Def is being left on the field waaaay too long. People say you have to make a stop. Dallas D does get stops but when the offense gives the ball right back on a 3 and out it takes its toll.

Romo is still off, and against bad teams he can get away with it, but against good teams Romo gets eaten up on his reads. He's going the safe route this yr and good teams are sitting and waiting on that out pass to Witten and forcing them 3 and outs. Simple routes are a bigger problem for Romo is you ask me. Teams dont have to guess what theyre going to run on 3rd and short or long. The system is simplistic, You have to wonder if its just bad coaching or are the Dallas receivers just unable to grasp a more fluid offense that take more reading or understanding of a more complex playbook.

Tyron Smith is quietly becoming one of the best OL in the game. People sat on their high horse last yr and called JJ every name in the book for drafting this kid. Not taking into account his age his body development and the fact that he had just been switched from Rt to LT. His sheer body mass is like night and day from last yr. This yr he just looks like a man.

Comeback player of the yr is already there for me, Mackenzy Bernadeau. You can just tell he watched what Waters was doing out on the field. Mack has come back into the starting unit with an attitude. There are some lapses but nothing out of the ordinary like completely being unaware that he was on the field like before. They might have found another Kosier.

Dunbar injury is a disappointment but it was only a matter of time. Guy cant stay healthy like Murray.

Miles has received nothing but hamstring and disappearing jokes since his return. But there is no dismissing the fact this guy takes away double teams from either Witten or Dez. His lack of production IMO has to do more with Romo connection with Dez Witten and TW more then Austin being ineffective. Things like this happen when you're injured.

DL, this is starting to catch up with Dallas now. Teams have tape to view on what players are doing what and what assignments they need to adjust to keep them occupied that extra tenth of a second. This is where Dallas needs Hatcher and Ware. And Ware just isnt up to the task oin a constant basis anymore. Hatcher coming back is a huge lift tho. He is the best DT in football right now. Well you can say its arguably between him and Suh.

Carter is stepping up, You have to wonder if he's more suited to play a 3-4 defense. It just seems that way. When he's playing more inside then the flats you can tell theres a big difference. Then it could just be learning the system. Some players just take time learning a new system.

Scandrick is coming into his own. I think Dallas needs to start Scandrick and move Carr to FS next yr. Its obvious that Dallas will most likely field pretty much the same team next yr with new rookies because of the salary cap. Dallas could draft Cbs. Id love to see Carr roam the secondary as a FS. Dallas IMO did a smart thing and bring back Moore. He was consistent in his time with Dallas. They chose BW because of a rookie camp. Bad decision because that move has costed Dallas alot of yrds and scores.

Heath should be off the field. The guy is more interested in reaching for a Turnover instead of going for a easier PD. Allowing a catch in front of him and trying to force a strip instead of laying out and getting the deflection. Thats costed Dallas ALOT of first downs and quite a few TDs. I understand this team wants TOs but he's just not good enough to play like that. He's a backup.

There is a clear difference that JG is calling the plays just by looking at Wittens routes now. Before he was running too many short outs for breakups by DBs. This past week he was running more seam routes that have been a JG consistency with Witten.

This team needs Lee, Durant, and Claiborne back in the worst way. And they should all be back next week For the final run.

My early draft needs,

DT
FS, or convert Carr to FS (which probably wont happen)
RB
QB
CB
DE

I question everything Jerry does in football operations but I didnt doubt the T Smith pick, even during the adjustment period from RT to LT. Disagree on Berny, he is not a starter on a good team. With regard to your draft needs, best available OL needs to be added to the list. I know they like Richardson out of Baylor amongst others.

Nothing on Williams?

TW is doing just fine. More consistency would do this team alot of good tho. He seems to lose concentration for periods of the game and then the drops come. But he's a rookie. Right now im more interested in Dez's fumbles
