Thoughts from Inside the Stadium

Funniest thing was Parcells shaking Clarkson's hand and watching Underwood from the sidelines. Maybe he's an American Idol fan. That would be hilarious cause its completely against my mental image of what he's like. I can see this big tough coach that's known for his tough style of coaching and no nonsense personality sitting down with a sandwich and a soda to watch his favorite show: American Idol.

:laugh2:

It was funny watching him walk over to shake clarksons hand!!

On The Ticket here in Dallas, they asked Parcells what his favorite TV show was. It was actually the show "24". Corby on the Hardline asks him random stuff weekly to find out more about the coach. It's pretty interesting even if it's only one question and it's usually answered in a very very brief manner.

It is pretty amazing. Of all the people on The Ticket for him to take to, Corby? You kiddin' me?

Someone posted after the MNF loss to NY that Jacobs was on the bench screaming and cursing at the Dallas fans.

I'm sure he wasn't the only one.

With regard to Bobby Carpenter, he'd better watch out for Burnett, because I saw Burnett bull rush a freaking tackle and push him back almost into the QB. And no one is coming in in place of Hatcher, because that dude is a pure man out there.

PARCELLS doesnt forget what shockey said about his sex life a few years ago either! he probably wants to kick his butt!

The "9 Romo" displayed in the ring of honor was hysterical. I think that was around section 112 or 113. I wish I took a picture of that. I'm hoping someone posts one. I agree about the wave. When your offense is on the field, you don’t make noise....I never accused the crowd at Texas Stadium of being rocket scientists. ;) The wave is so pointless and really serves no purpose in affecting the outcome of a game. Anyway, I posted some pictures of our tailgate festivities in this thread: http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71817

I bet our guys cant wait to get there, I mean when burress says roy williams couldnt cover him if he was on a skateboard.....that is a below the belt shot.

I think the last player to challenge Roy's, er, manhood was the Texan TE during a 2005 preseason game, and Roy lit him up.

Here's hoping history repeats itself. :)
