Thoughts from the Game

I heard Eli Manning after the first game talk about how most of their mistakes are physical (dropped passes, missed tackles, etc). So, they could be cleaned up with minimal effort.
I wish I could say the same about our team. We shoot ourselves in the foot with penalties time and time again. It's a discipline thing. I would've gained some respect for Garret to bench Witten a series or 2. I love Witten, but this is a joke. Home field advantage and we get false starts? Our defense jumps offsides? I wish there was a way to fine players for pre-snap penalties period.

Our defense is really darn good. I can't say for sure, because I've been at the games with no replay, but has anyone caught a pass on Carr in week 2,3? I don't think they have.

All I know is that our offense better find some heart prior to next Sunday, or we're gonna get taken to the woodshed.

Sloppy, undisciplined, downright putrid is what the offense is!

It's amazing how each season is different. One year the offense puts up huge numbers just to have the defense let other team score more than they do...kinda like last year.

This year the Cowboys have a defense that can stop other team (aside from Seattle ), but the offense sucks!

When is this team going to get both sides of the ball playing good football?

Not excusing them but they haven't played together much and the center is new. Still they shouldn't be doing that poorly.

Why is the offense so dumb?

The OL is still a disaster, and we're lucky Romo's still upright after the beating he took today.
