Other than the bogus call xwalker pointed out was hearing Troy bark out "Cowboys got away with one there"...I don't recall him saying that for the stealers but he did agree with Buck after Buck said the stealers got away with one on Beez....still he must have said it like ten times yesterday...was a tad annoying for me.

Brown may be the steal of the draft after Dak
A 6th rounder who is a starter quality player year one is very rare

He said Pitt got away with one on that ridiculous hold by Pitt on the punt.

The kid's a baller. My draft guide didn't rank him very high at all, so I thought he was average, at best. He's shown me totally wrong. He hung in there, & was right in Antonio Brown's grill all day. Love the pick. This has got to be the best draft we've had since Jimmy left. Maybe even since the "Dirty Dozen" of 1975.

Brown was a sixth round pick, and the first and fourth round picks have been league leaders in their 'rook' seasons.

What will this off season's nay sayers do when the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round picks are strong starters as well?

The penalty was bogus.
This to me, is in the top three reasons why the NFL is suffering from ratings decline. Its stupid that after every big play by a DB you have to wonder if there is a flag on the play, especially when the receivers get the benefit of the doubt when they initiate contact.

He was on camera alot. They were really targeting him VS Brown. I think on practically all targets he had sound coverage. I do recall a play Brown beat him badly
He was beat on the comeback route, but aside from that he was damn good yesterday.

Carr will be a free agent. They could re-sign him for a lot less than he has been making because I don't see another team paying him big money.

I didn't realize Carr is a FA after this season. If he's willing to take a waaaaaaaay cheaper deal to stay then I'd resign him, but not even for a mid-range salary.

Everyone's giving the defense too much credit. They allowed a **** ton of points per drive in that game, including almost costing us the game late.

Anthony Brown is good for a 6th round rookie, but he's still far behind Carr/Claiborne/Scandrick. If our entire secondary was healthy, he wouldn't see the field.

Dude, he was covering the best receiver in the game and done well. He will see the field plenty......

He was the Nickel corner for most of the game, until Scandrick went down. Only time he covered Brown was when Scandrick blitzed and Brown was lined up on the right side of the field. If/when all 3 other corners are healthy, he'll be the 7th DB on the depth chart (Jeff Heath plays the dime back).

Again, he's been good for a 6th round rookie. I think he'll be a solid contributor in the future.
