In all seriousness, nice catch on the DB. I'll make a point to watch where he goes and give you the props if he works out well in the NFL.

For a minimum salary deal, yes.

Overrated or not, if the Cowboys can get a free look at a player that was once a first round pick there's no reason not to do it. If he stinks it up in camp cut him in August and move on.

I wouldn't.....he was over-rated to begin with. Vikings and Mike Zimmer were just dumb enough to take the bait....and look now where Zimmer is....

Signing him doesn’t mean we have to keep him. If he doesn’t pan out you just cut him. Jerry and company are adamant about being cheap in free agency so our only hope is that those morons luck into a steal. Most rookie CBs struggle. The NFL passing game favors the WRs heavily.

I know absolutely nothing about the guy. I am just trying to look at guys that Jerry and company may realistically be looking at while they are bargain shopping. Don’t get me wrong m, I would love to see JC Jackson playing opposite of Diggs but we all know that is not happening.

I have feeling Jerry drinks just about anything you put in front of him. There was a newspaper that caught him in a convenience store last year buying a bottle of wine.

1st round draft pick in 2020 out of TCU. Played 16 games in 2020 for the Vikings. Cut and missed the entire 2021 season because he was charged with felony assault. He was found innocent of all charges today. I don’t know much about him but he is someone that we could probably bring in cheap and kick the tires on since being a cheap free agent is a prerequisite of our front office. From Texas and played college ball at TCU so he may be interested in playing in Dallas.

Yea rumor is Dallas will not be interested

I'd rather Jeff not play for Dallas, and get away from the area for work. Dallas has plenty of CBs anyway.

I watched a lot of his tape during the draft process....because we were rumored to like him. I just wasn't that impressed. He isn't very physical.....NFL WRs were abusing him. He needs to hit the weight room.....hard.
