Thoughts on Jason Garrett

Because he has no feel for the game of football and doesn’t do X’s and O’s just runs the same offense and tells you “out play your man”

It shouldn’t take weeks of bashing to tell you to run the football on 4th and inches when you have prime Elliott, being up 20-30 points in the second half he blew 2 games by throwing it once when Demarco Murray was average 8.9 yards per carry

Don’t get me started on time management, Jason Garrett alone was worst 3 losses, whatever you think the cowboys would be, say 11-5 you subtract 3 wins due to Garrett and put them at 8-8 he was a complete liability

These are just a few of his offenses and I could go on and on, dude wasn’t a good coach at all

You see the Giants fired him for the same crap….worst coach in cowboys history and yes worst than Campo

I know that many Cowboys fans were ready to move on from him when it happened in 2020. Where do you think he went wrong? I mean other than the obvious, not getting it done in the playoffs. Why do you think he ultimately failed as an NFL coach?
Jerry.

It's the same story with Jerry time and tima again of monkey see, monkey do. Jerry sees another team hire a young coach and that coach wins, so Jerry copies that hire. He's done it time and again with players as well.

What went wrong.
How about what did he do well.

Was he a motivator was he an innovator was he good at managing the clock was he respected by his players.

No he was a sneaking conniving underachieving backstabber.

And his lack of talent is obvious as he has not been offered a head coaching job since.

Not voicing his own opinions and allowing JJ to make all the decisions. At least MM went down on his own although JJ left him out to hang.

He failed because Jerry failed him. He should’ve took the Ravens job.

2013 loss to the Matt-Flynn led Packers after being up 25 points is all that needs to be said. He should have been fired the second that clock hit zero. I just remember he NEVER exploited a team's weakness. I've met him twice, and he's a super nice guy. I only hate him as a coach, not a human.
