no doubt Big and Little Enos are the prime reasons
BUT JG was also a complete failure
which is why he is nowhere near a coaching job now and unlikely to ever get another shot anywhere again

Why his teams failed is the same reason mikes teams failed.
1. Jerry's me 1st culture. Talented but soft players who are more flash than hard work.
2. They choose to put self imposed limits as to how much talent is on this team at any given time. They literally put a limiter on a race car so it can't go over 80.

During the Romo time, they were too pass happy and would forget the running game. It would be obvious to everyone. When in the Coach PR sessions the media would ask why they did not run.
Like clock work the next game they ran the ball an obscene amount of time.
But that would only last a game or two until it was back to the pass happy game.
When Romo got hurt, the Oline was still good, Zeke was still good.
The run game was amazing and helped the team win quite a few games.. That Steelers game is still amazing.
But sooner or later Little Enos would not spend the money on outside FAs to come in and help the team. They would have ok drafts, compared to others, with a bad one sprinkled in here and there. But if you are so dependent on the draft...you cannot have a bad draft and it not hurt the team.
Just remember. Besides when there was no cap and we got a killer trade deal...Nobody under Big and Little enos has made it to the superbowl.
