Thoughts on Michigan safety Daxton Hill

He's kind of lumped in with the kid from PSU, both back end of the first round types and in the next grouping behind Hamilton from ND.

Really like him. Smart player that plays with urgency.

I wouldn’t mind him in certain board scenarios.

Hill is going to test off the charts.
In a league full of elite athletes, Hill might be as elite as it gets. The Michigan S had the highest SPARQ rating in the 2019 recruiting class. Among other things, he logged a 4.3 40-yard dash and a 43-inch vertical, as well as a 4.13 20-yard shuttle.

Hill, Brisker and Battle are likely going to be duking it out for the #2 S spot behind Hamilton. I think Hill's measurables will ultimately give him the edge

I think Hill will fly up the draft board out of our range .

I tend to agree, but Hill's ball skills or lack of them are a bit concerning. Sure, Hill hits all the athletic markers but I am tired of the all SPARQ guys that show holes in their actual game. I have Taco flashback. Hamilton would look so good on a defense with Parsons. But he's going Top 10.

Daxton Hill is a slot CB basically. Maybe he can show he can play a true Saftey role in the Senior Bowl or something, but from what I see he's not a fit for Dallas. They need a true FS.
