Thoughts on the game

I was wondering what everyone thought about the game, and what you think about are team now. I'll start first.

-Pat Wakins and Roy Williams can't give up those deep balls. Even though Roy couldn't do much with a Ref tripping him up, but that one to Shockey has no excuse.

-Terence Newman has to do a better job covering also.

-Our Run defence played pretty bad even if it was Tiki Barber playing against us. We should have not let Brandon Jacobs get in on that TD.

-What kind of play calling is running it on 3rd and 12?

-Drew Bledsoe...How long did you need in the pocket man??? You had like 10 seconds to throw the thing and you froze up and get sacked. And when you did throw it, you throw a pick in the redzone.

-Tony Romo. The first play you were probably nervous and you go out and throw a pick, but no excuses. I guess your learning and everything, but dont force things like the screen to Julius Jones. I dont know what down it was when you threw the pick in the endzone for the TD, but dont force that either. I like th emobility though.

- Bledsoe was sacked 4 times. Romo was sacked 2.

-T.O, if your gonna complain you want the ball more, at least catch it. And enough with the sliding around.

-I'd pick Romo to start against the Panthers. Atleast give him the first half.

-Oh yeah, Pat Wakins needs to catch the ball when it hits him the the chest, and James needs to catch it when its in his hands...

What do you guys think?

your right, except i thought newman did not play bad, niether did watkins(who i thought was great vs. the run).

the 3 drops(2 ints) really were huge in this game

I didn't post last night, I would have been banned. Thats a fact.

Here's what I think after sleeping on it.

1. This team looks like a Dave Campo coached team. Players look lost, Parcells looks like he's had a stroke, and teams don't fear us.

2. Drew Bledsoe has every right to be mad. We did nothing to get better on the ofensive line and still have a ton of salary cap left. Still, you can't make rookie mistakes as a veteran like Bledsoe is.

3. Our defense? Middle of the road at best. Overrated secondary, average front seven. Roy Williams was tripped up, but he had no chance at taking away that pass from Plaxico....Plax got it at it's highest point. Watkins is young, but it doesn't look good. Henry played decent but gave up some yards. Newman had a pick, gave up a big play.....bout time he made a play though, those are few and far between for a guy picked 4th overall.

4. Witten finally got involved last night.....where's he been?

5. Romo looks eh. 2tds 3ints. Eh.

6. Season is over. 3-3, we will lose two of the next 3 easily, probably finish in the 7-9 area.....start all over next year with a new coach. Bill Parcells era was a failure. Good try though Jerry.

7. Only positive? Romo will throw the ball to Owens....he's smart enough to know there is a weapon on the feild like no other in the league. He will force it to him, and TO will end up with over 16 TDs this year.

One more positive....Bill Parcells is done after this year.

That int Bradie James dropped really hurt us I thought.....a real disappointment

Terence Newman has to do a better job covering also.

I don't think the coverage could have been much better on that play. When you've got inside position deeper than the receiver, the ball is thrown over the outside shoulder and the receiver makes an over-the-shoulder basket catch, there's not much you can do. It was just a great throw and catch.

Roy was lucky on another ball Eli overthrew to Shocky at the goal line. He just can't cover!
