That is always a mistake and it has cost us in the past.Offense went very conservative and allowed the defense to finish off the Browns.

yeah but you can't control that.... the fact that he has no setback signs from his ACL surgery is great.Overshown has to stay healthy, he is a legitimate star in the making.
first of all they went vanilla on purpose because they did have a lead and no need to press but that D they adjusted took something's away and instead of adjusting and going deeper into the playbook they chose to not show that.. please don't be that fan who thinks he could have coached a better game.. they had reasons to to do what they did. i saw my Longhorns do the exact thing in Saturdays Michigan Win.. coaches have reasons for doing that, NO wont have more film on our O, that good thing,,That is always a mistake and it has cost us in the past.
The Ravens will tell us if our run defense is legit or not, they will be the hardest test stopping the run all season. The Browns are very good against the run, we have to give them a little time before a change is necessary.Don’t want to get ahead of myself. Overshown and Parsons vs Lamar will be box office in two weeks.
Cooks has to get out there. He is our fattest/shiftiest back. I don’t think much of Dowdle and Deuce is a gimmick.
It was almost a 50/50 split, which we probably would like to see 60/40 with Dowdle.we don't need another speed back its simple yes Zeke 10 carries but Rico needs a lot more touches early and zeke later in games , you know like the opposite of yesterday i'd like to see Rico MORE in first half more Zeke 2nd half and use DV more in the 4th qtr after those Ds get bit tired.. that was my biggest complaint last y.... it's looking like it again this year MM not rotating backs correctly., 10-40 4 YPC and TD is good for Zeke, bet he can better used the opposite of yesterday.
it's not about the split it's about when they're used and how they're utilized. that's the point i'm trying to make, they can better if they were used the opposite of the way they were used yesterday but that my opinion...It was almost a 50/50 split, which we probably would like to see 60/40 with Dowdle.
hardest test hmmmmThe Ravens will tell us if our run defense is legit or not, they will be the hardest test stopping the run all season. The Browns are very good against the run, we have to give them a little time before a change is necessary.
I just think Cooks is our best back. The Cowboys will continue to use Zeke and Dowdle for know.Game plan against the Browns was similar to the Jets last season. The Ravens will tell us if our run defense is legit or not, they will be the hardest test stopping the run all season. I think concern over our lack of a running game is shared by most. Dak is going to have to earn that big contract.I have another wr near the top of my next offseason wishlist. My biggest concern is our lack of running game
Just 1 game, need to see what they can do over the 1st quarter of the season first.I think concern over our lack of a running game is shared by most. Dak is going to have to earn that big contract.
See Linebackers. They can run. They can tackle. They can rush the passer. They can cover. The Ravens will tell us if our run defense is legit or not, they will be the hardest test stopping the run all season. That's how you beat them!I just think Cooks is our best back. The Cowboys will continue to use Zeke and Dowdle for know.Game plan against the Browns was similar to the Jets last season.
Raven offensive line has holes. Lamar for some reason wants to prove he is Mahomes. I think Zimmer baits the Ravens into passing the football. Lamar cannot help himself.
Still believe Ravens have the #1 rushing attack in the entire league, others will be challenging, but feel Ravens will be the hardest.hardest test hmmmm
i'd say seeing Saquan Barkley with the eagles twice will be as some of our biggest challenges, they also have a mobile QB and they have solid OL , so yea that test seeing it TWICE. yes Ravens are first big test but dont sleep on Kamara, hes next week and first...we missed chubb and got lucky there..
Kendricks had a great game!! My only concern was him having to get some IV hydration during the game, and the weather wasn't hot. Not sure if they need to limit his snaps or not, or if he just needs to get into more "football shape".I don't think people realize how terrible the LB play has been for the last 7-8 years. I really liked Overshown's game, but Kendricks' ability to be consistently in position around the LOS is going to make a massive difference. They're going to be a nice compliment to each other.
I would flip them, but really not going to make much of a difference if they are getting the same amount of touches.it's not about the split it's about when they're used and how they're utilized. that's the point i'm trying to make, they can better if they were used the opposite of the way they were used yesterday but that my opinion...
Yea, Cooks had some cramping issues too, idk. Maybe it was just hotter on the field than they thought or something.Kendricks had a great game!!
