-Barham is a very interesting pick. Heard he was a 30 day visitor. His skillset is similar to Arvil Reese, but more of a tweener and far less polished. Was an off the ball linebacker that switched to edge. Heard the Cowboys will start him at off the ball linebacker. He is that hybrid type of defender CP likes. The team was mentioning a similar skillset to Zack Baun, who was a former edge that thrived when he was moved to linebacker with the Eagles. Kiper seemed to really like the player and thought he should of been drafted in the 2nd rd where his teammate went.

-Really liked the trade for Dee Winters for a mid day three pick. He is known to be a good coverage linebacker that has legit speed. Started 17 games for the 49ers last season and had a productive year. I still would add another linebacker to the group on day 3 even with the 2 additions.

-Thought both Giants/Eagles had tremendous day 2's. Giants failed to land McDonald to replace Lawrence but they pivoted to Colton Hood where some thought he was a fall back option for the Cowboys at 12. They also traded up for the ND WR I really like. Eagles stole the Vikings edge rusher and signed him to a reasonable extension and also got that TE/WR hybrid we brought in as a 30 visit.

-Got to feel bad for McCoy, his injury must be severe. Kiper thought he would go in rd 2 and he is still available, hell even the Cowboys passed him in the late 3rd rd.

-Interesting what the Vikings are doing, adding serious beef within their defensive interior and just traded Greenard. Think Flores wants the big boys to tie up as many blockers as possible then unleash exotic blitzes all over the field.

Day 3 Needs

-I think would like the team to address Corner, Linebacker and 3-4 DE with these 3 4th rd picks.

FWIW, my thoughts on the Iggles' moves:

1. Both Lemon and Stowers are chess pieces who can move around the board as opposed to playing more traditional roles. That suggests that Mannion intends to run a more creative offense, and that his plans figured into what Howie did. In other words, the success of this draft will in part depend on whether Mannion has the 'right stuff' to be OC. To be determined.

2. The trade for Greenard suggests that Howie thinks the Iggles can contend for the Super Bowl over the next couple of years. He's real good when he's healthy. And will help the pass rush.

3. My first thought on the monster guy from Miami, who really wasn't that much of a reach according to PFF, is that Howie saw how he could plug a bust at tackle, Becton, in at guard, and have success. I'm thinking that that's how he sees this guy's role.

4. They'll get back more when they trade AJ than they gave up for Greenard.

Feel free to ignore then. Uh, you DO play the Eagles twice a year, don't you?
Do you really think cowboys fans on this forum really care about your "thoughts on Iggles' moves?"
Or is your reason for posting here, due to the fact, that Your Team's fan's don't care about your thoughts either?

Dolphins drafted a LB.

After the draft offer them a 2027 fifth round pick for their veteran MLB...Jordyn Brooks.

He is trying to play Mr Nice Guy Troll. Just put him on ignore so you don’t have to read his nonsense.

You would think their asking price was too high considering that the Cowboys traded for Winters. Maybe that price comes down now

Some of the available players that I really like:

Keionte Scott… because I think he’s way better than the 4th round. But he is redundant kind of, once Dallas drafted Downs.

Kyle Louis… because he a great football player, flies around at 100 mph, and is great in coverage.

Chandler Rivers… because he’s smart as hell, has great eyes and is fantastic in zone.

All 3 would be terrific special teams players and maybe much more.

I am shocked that both Scott and Lewis are still available

I though Lemon was one of the biggest steals in the 1st. BPA by a mile and honestly I would have preferred him for Dallas instead of reaching for need.

I think either way, MIA will be looking to trade him sooner than later. Only concern I'd have is what his contract extension looks like and if he fits long term with who Parker just drafted.
