Amen. Give this guy a chance to make plays in the open field.

Was just re-watching Romo's INT's and in 3 cases Jones is wide open for 6-10 easy yards.

Really... Romo has gotta learn when he plays against a cover 2 defense the checkdowns are always open.. instead he throws it into coverage

I've screamed it for 5 games now ! Why oh why do we refuse to run RB screens ? Why oh why do we not pitch the ball outside ? For God's sake at least give me a shovel pass . Please God let us be saving these for the Pats .

All night long buffalo was hitting their check-downs for 5-10 yard gains

We ran a pitch to Barber=1 yard gain

We ran a shovel pass to Barber also, may have been improvised, that had more success.

I agree. I don't like trying to get all 10 yards in one play over and over again.

The draw play was his bread and butter play his rookie year. Whatever happened to that play?

I saw the one pitch to Barber , but I'd rather see JJ take that play and run Barber more up the middle . The coaching staff knows what they're doing and I'm sure they have their reasons , but I'd still like to see them try something new to jump start the running game .

I was crying for it during the game, Barber just doesn't have the quickness to make big plays in the pass game like Julius can IMO

If Barber were to run like he does when handed the ball, he would do much better. Look no further than the 3rd and 13 in the first quarter. It's like he was waiting for blockers with no one around.

Absolutely...There was a lot of room in the flat last night for the lion's share of the contest...We didn't seem to see Garrett go there until late but it was always to Barber...Not a bad way to go but if Julius is supposed to have the wheels then why not some to him?...Thought it would've been a nice way to keep the Bills on their heels.

I was at the game and waaaay up there, so I could see most of the plays developing and on at least two of those throws there were checkdowns WIDE open including the last one which would have been a TD had he seen him.

We did go to the check downs late in the game to the FB. We got pretty good results from it. We probably could have done better with J.Jones catching them.

Yet they only averaged 2.5 yards per attempt.

I was actually pretty impressed with Jones last night. He made some good runs. I agree, he should get some throws or atleast some tosses his way. The team was right there with him too. From the outside it looks like Jones and Barber both have their accepted places on this team.

This is one reason why I like Jason Garrett...I think he will move Jones around and find his "sweet spot" on this team.

Say what you want about Jones but I think he is really good in the flats when thrown the ball.

Well, I agree for the most part with one difference. Both Bill and Jason have done an excellent job of finding what works well for MB3. Well we also have a weapon in JJ and don't use the best of it's abilities. Give him some draws, tosses, off-tackle runs, screens and passes to the flats. The power runs on first down are not working with JJ (We will have to call him "2nd and 9" soon).
