Throwing rocks thread

If you're asking me to make a wager, I wouldn't even do that if I was a Ravens or 49ers fan. I don't bet on things that are out of my control........But I am going to root for them to go as far as possible in the playoffs, even if it means a difference of 15 spots in the draft.
I respect that greatly. My angle is just different.

Can't say l oppose either side here. On one hand, l want to see us spank the Eagles and leave them standing on the side of the playoff road. On the other hand, l think Jerry is still looking for ANY little reason to keep Garrett. As much as l hate the Eagles, l want Garrett gone even more...

Fist bump to my homie.

Bye Felicia!
yeah, Fletch, this has absolutely nothing to do with jumping ship. I'm 42 years in. It has all to do with putting a smile on your face sooner than later. If your horse is gimpy you dont inter the derby with high stakes.

That’s cool. I turn 45 tomorrow. I’m all about finishing and seeing where the chips fall before hoping it ends before it’s over. That’s just me.

I want to see this team in the playoffs. I could care less about the what if’s, ie possible Garrett extension, draft slot, etc.

Don't want to win this one its meaningless. The outcome would change our draft in every round huge. Most likely getting a new coach and Dallas has plenty of cap space. Just accidently stump your toe on this one.

Dallas has no business playing beyond now.

I hate it too, but its for the betterment of our team moving forward. there's not 10 of you that actually think this team can win the Super bowl this year. If you're being honest that is..
In business I have had everything on the line several times. Quitting was never an option. I had to go big instead of keeping the money I already banked. It turned out well.

I will never ever understand losing for a better draft pick. The draft is unpredictable.

not happiness at all. sadness if the truth be told. Just the want to finally get moving forward instead of rinse and repeat. you have to be tired of it too.?

So, I can give your team all the 6th and 7th round choices? that's cool. it's totally a crap shoot anyway. Right?

Making smart decisions and drafting the right players is a lot more important than whether we select 16th or 24th in each round.

Unless the best player in the draft drops to #16 somehow, but that seems extremely unlikely.

Being struck by lighting is cool too. Happened to me in 1986 one summers eve. just had to get the 9th hole in. 5 skin grafts came out of that little event..:(

So that explains the original post.

If your life depended on it..would you rather shoot a fish in a barrell or in a pond? Our crowd is not masters at it.

It's a mute point. This fantasy of just not being out is what I Love about you guys!! I'm a BIG Homer as well, but this is suicide.

Head ,shoulder ,right leg to my big toe. Still, I'm good now. :) 33 years will heal a lot.
I have an oak tree outside my house that got struck about 10 years ago....You're doing better than it is. lol
