I still think these are staged.

Jimmy definitely had players intentionally start fights.

It seems a bit early in camp for the coaches to want a fight to liven things up, but you never know.

What I think Cas was suggesting, though, is that the players staged it for some reason. Coaches doing it I could see, given the motivations you sited in your response to Cas.

Not even close.......Irving had a few strong games at the end and MCollins impressed as a rookie but neither got the consistent pressure that TCrawford got all year.... all this hate for TCrawford is sad.....9m a year is well below going rate for a top 43 DT, the fact he played as SDE as well just shows his versatility

I remember Irving playing SDE as well as both DT spots so Craw being more versatile doesn't impress me. And don't recall Crawford finishing/dominating games like Irving did. Maybe I missed him winning D player of the week too.

Irving outplayed him at the end but over the whole year Crawford was more consistent but it is one of those "good" problems...... If Irving and MCollins keep improving and Crawford and DLaw can stay healthy we are good

The guy works hard and plays injured tho, just not a high football IQ. He's from Canada so maybe he's been relying on athleticism and natural strength too much.
