Thursday is the key

If we run it up to 3 wins in a row and bring the lead in the NFCE home on Thanksgiving, a spot in the playoffs is ours to lose. With a loss, we have a big hole to dig ourselves out of.
I no longer think the Eagles can come back. But Id like to see how Colt McCoy plays against the Eagles (game after next) and how we play against the Saints. We could tie next week and quickly be one game back again with three to play.

But the bottom line is the Commanders ceiling is probably 9-7 at this point.

Even if we win, we’ve got a tougher row to hoe than WAS does afterward. Albeit with a more talented roster.

It’s pretty much a must-win. Especially since losing it would mean we can’t win most/(any) tie scenarios with them.

I feel better about this game Vs Wash, then Atl game.

It’s there for the taking.

Dallas controls their own destiny at this point.

They have to take this division. Today was perfect.

Win this one, more than likely lose to New Orleans...and then 4 very winnable games to end the season PHI, @Indy, TB, @ NYG......Assuming the D keeps playin like this and Zeke keeps gettin yards....could be 10-6, 9-7 More likely......SHOULD win division, unless Colt McCoy turns out to be better than Alex Smith the Skins should be out of it and Eagles already have 6 losses with some more tough games to play still.......

Probably kiddin ourselves, but I'll take this Hopefulness over the utter hopelessness after that Titans game and that 6 days after, woof that was bad for me.....Makes Turkey day and this week leadin up to it MUCH more enjoyable.....

I wish I could say I'm confident, but we've been here many, many times.

Garrett's ability to get his teams fired up for "must wins" or "should wins" is not…so…good.
Garrett didn't have Leighton in those situations neither though haha

Just like every year Thanksgiving and after is game on.

I just don't want to back into the playoffs.......and with 5 losses that is exactly what Dallas has on the plate unless they don't lose another game....... here's to crossing fingers.

Washington - I can see it going either way, honestly. I think we have the edge without Alex Smith (you never want to see a player go down like that though, I don't care if it helps us towards the playoffs or not), but we are a Zeke driven team and the Skins run defense is just flat out nasty. It will be the classic unstoppable force vs the immovable object.

Philly - looks very vulnerable right now. Not a rollover game but I think we win.

New Orleans - easy loss. They're just too good right now.

Indy - Luck's playing like an MVP. I think it's like 70% chance we lose just cause that team's on such a hot streak.

TB - on the verge of collapse. In a month, I'll think they'll have checked out for the season. Easy win.

NYG - just not a competitive team. Divisoin games could go either way, and you know they'll bring it all to try and bounce us out of spite, but I feel confident we can win that one.

So this game against Washington is huge. If they win, then I think we probably go 8-8 and that's just not going to cut it in the super-competitive NFC. If we win, we get tiebreaker against them for the division, and I don't think the other two NFC East teams can catch us.

Don't look now, but Luck might pass Mahomes for the TD lead. He's only 2 back through 10 games.

This Thursday regular season wise is the most important game of the year, we lose this we have to hope and prey for every situation to fall our way, we win Thursday we dictate our own fate.

Home game now?
