Every team has to play a Thursday night game.
1-4 Commanders @ 2-3 Bears mid-October is much better than both those teams playing each other in December possibly having 10+ losses.

Bears spent a bunch of draft capital to get Fields, and have done next to nothing to help him with line, receivers, and coach. Strange.

At least the Jags signed Scherff and Kirk, and hired Pederson, to help Lawrence. The Bears drafted a couple DBs and hired Eberflus.

Fields looks like garbage. Late throws, bad throws... just garbage. I somehow think those coaches would be called Geniuses if Mahomes played for the Bears.

Situations matter. If you think Brady wins six SBs in Cleveland or Detroit you're kidding yourself.
