I'm still ticked about the tripping call made against Peyton Hendershot in the Detroit game a couple of years ago where the DE actually tried to trip him. Without that call, the reporting snafu at the end of the game probably wouldn't have mattered.

To every one of y'all and I'm not going to signal you out some of you may not even read this that was a tripping call I know it didn't look like a trip because he didn't technically stick his leg out let me tell you how this works If you fall on the ground by accident and you make a guy jump over you that's not tripping but if you fall on the ground and realize the play is about to get blown up because you can't get back up in time and you purposely roll into the guys legs to try to slow him down that is still a trip I know it doesn't look like a trip because the signal is his foot's out as the penalty but you're not allowed to block low therefore you're not allowed to roll into a guy to slow him down..

Watch the play three times it definitely is a penalty you can call it what you want It's still a penalty he literally and purposefully rolled into the guy's legs to make a block that is illegal It's illegal whether you call it tripping or a low block you know where the offensive lineman outside the box are not allowed to like just fall down and purposely trip a guy Yup same thing I know he was already on the ground but when he makes an action to roll into a guy's legs and try to cover it up like it wasn't done no it was done I saw it The ref saw it he wasn't getting away with an oops it was more than an oops..

Didn't watch the game. Did any of the Dolphins players look worth trading for? I'm all for improving this defense over the next few years with trades because we're not going to accomplish it just with the draft. I think we have the offensive parts we need if we hold on to what we've got.

Everyone including the broadcast team and the people who analyze calls during games agree it was NOT TRIPPING on the Dolphins part and the call wiped out a big gain and was horrendous . Either have competent refs or fire them .
