Seems we may be without Collins and Smith on the OL. Neither practiced this week.
Knight may get his 1st NFL start. From what I read he filled in nicely for Collins for the rest of the game last Sunday.

Cobb also say out practice, with a back issue, and I did not know he was also having a hip issue.

Maybe this will be a good time to rest these players against the Jets. But then again the way the team looks, they need all the help they can get.

Wondering if we are going to struggle early or if we can come out and unleash the frustration of the last 2 weeks. With them getting there starting qb back they will be hyped up and they have bell. He will be killing us like barkley.

LVE and Jalon Smith returning to the better version of themselves would surely help our cause. Here's hoping our discontent over the past two weeks sees us doing all we can to make up for those embarrassments. I think I'll just sit back and be entertained, instead of lamenting the miscues. More fun that way!

I really don’t understand after having such a great year last year that they could regress this much unless the D-Line isn’t keeping them clean to make the plays.

This is what I think it is more than anything. The DL is a failure, again.
Maybe they get it sorted out and play better. If same old stuff the next few games. Marinelli needs to go over the bye week. Change it up some during that time.

Barkley has never killed us. Darnold hasn't played in several weeks and just because his spleen isn't swollen anymore doesn't mean he is completely healthy. Mono just saps your stamina. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make it through the game.

Getting Antwaun Woods back on the DL should help to relieve that situation, I hope. For LVE and Jalon Smith to be dealing with 300-lb. guards isn't a healthy situation. Too many lightweights at DT has been damaging for us. Getting a big heavyweight at 1-tech for a change would be welcome.

Expect a ton of blitzing from Gregg Williams if the Cowboys are missing both Smith and Collins. There will be the potential for big plays in this game, but the Cowboys will need to be sound in their line calls and pickups to take advantage of it.

Collins played much better as the game went along. Practicing this week and knowing he will start will make a difference also.

I'd rest Cobb. With Gallup back he won't be needed.
