i know you’re getting excited over the thought you troll. Keep this same energy after the cowboys win. We already know you’re going crawling back into your hole afterwards though
Ha-haaaaaa, wishful thinking dude. It's one and done this year............

It's an extremely loud atmosphere. A few years ago, when Michigan came to PSU, Harbaugh's team took a timeout before the first offensive play because it was too loud.
I don't envision the $100 pizza crowd at AT&T getting in this type of mood:

They permit the goal posts to be painted like that?

Knowing we would host a playoff game a month ago, I bought flights on points from Southwest just in case I decided to go. I got them dirt cheap, about 11k points which is probably about 125 dollars. If I decide not to go, I cancel and get all my points back. I have flights to both Dallas and Tampa for the following week as well, JUST IN CASE.

So, I am texting friends back and forth and decide to go this weekend. I go online and ticket prices are cheaper than any regular season game all year. Its simple, the opponent isnt known yet, so no visiting fans are looking at tickets raising prices. I buy my tickets in section 418 row 14 for 150 each AFTER taxes, no fees. So Im pretty happy. Those seats would have been 225 5 weeks earlier.

10 minutes later that Niners finish off the rams and now its known they are coming to Dallas. Day is still not known yet though. 2 hours later, prices have doubled. I wake up this morning and prices have now TRIPLED. You are looking at 350 bucks for tickets in the 400s in the endzone. 400 plus for anything at goaline.

I fully expect a decent number of niner fans to be at this game. That bright red sticks out like a sore thumb. Im from Norcal... the crap talk will be hard and heavy all week. I am in Niner Land for sure.

I love the playoffs... all week long the anticipation will build.

Oh... some of our friends are flying in from Florida just to tailgate.. not even going inside.

Damn bro, that's a hell of a tip for future reference. Appreciate it, and will use.

Californians did the same thing to Colorado real estate prices.

$150 for tickets not bad. Enjoy your stay in Dallas. Lots of good food and BBQ. Also dont forget to save some extra cash to park. It can be expensive. Maybe cheaper if you and friends ride together.

I always thought Cowboys fans in Dallas weren't that smart but apparently they are. Remember back in the 90s with the triplets? Didn't see many opposing fans for those playoff games, I mean who would sell those tickets and miss out on seeing those dominate teams? Fast forward to now and any chance they get to sell off they do as they should. Imagine going to watch this overhyped playoff team and watch them struggle to move the ball the whole game again. If it ain't the east, why bother. They already suckered me into the Denver game this year, what a waste of money.

In the 90s, the fans didnt have an option to sit in the comfort of their own homes, push a couple of buttons to list their tickets, sit and wait for their accounts to be credited your ransom you just got paid. Its not even close to the same thing. I lived 90 minutes from Candlestick park. As soon as the matchup was set for the Cowboys vs Niners 92 NFC title game I grabbed the local paper to look in the classifieds to CALL the people that had their niner tickets listed for sale in the divisional round. The first call I made I landed me 4 tickets for 150 each. BUT, people had to list tickets in the CLASSIFIEDS back then. Thats some real work compared to the ease they have to sell and buy tickets today. Its like using the Uber app on your phone. Push the button, 3 minutes later a car picks you up.

Nothing better than a live game, BUT there are times I really appreciate the television broadcast. You get to see things you can't at the game.
I always watch the game again when I get home. Yep, you miss a ton of stuff being live... but it is an entire weekend party for me, not just the game. We are meeting at Texas Live Saturday to hang out and watch Saturday's games.

From the NCAA rules:

Each goal shall consist of two white or yellow uprights extending at least 30 feet above the ground with a connecting white or yellow horizontal crossbar, the top of which is 10 feet above the ground. The inside of the uprights and crossbar shall be in the same vertical plane as the inside edge of the end line. Each goal is out of bounds (see Appendix C).
