Tie Breaking Procedures

How does this work if we are tied with GB for either the 5th or 6th spot with the same record? Does it start with head to head or conf record?

Just wondering since I see that Jax is ahead 2 spots in front of Mia even though they share the same record and MIA just beat JAX yesterday.
