Torry Holt doesn't have much left in the tank in my opinion or maybe it's the QB/offensive line there in St. Louis?

What did they say about Kitna? I'm starting to like that signing, he's a instant offense type of QB, ready to go.

I have to agree, Galloway would be a nice option to help.

Might not be an option for too much longer since he is visiting with the Patriots. :bang2:

Right there with you on this one. If Romo goes down, people will be praising the move as well. Word is that he's a good character/locker room guy as well, which never hurts. I liked the story regarding him backing up Palmer in Cincinnati, saying he told Carson "Whatever you need to get ready on Sunday, you let me know"--being a veteran in the league, Kitna has seen it all, and would help talk to the WRs to keep them on the same page as Palmer.

The Pats traded with philthy for Greg Lewis. So I don't know that they are in the market for Galloway any longer.

I didn't include the rest of the article so feel free to read .

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - The New England Patriots acquired veteran wide receiver Greg Lewis from the Philadelphia Eagles for a draft pick on Thursday.

The Eagles received a fifth-round pick from the Patriots, a person familiar with the trade told The Associated Press. New England also gets Philadelphia's seventh-round pick in 2010.

Mainly in garbage time.

It was even reported he gave up on games and didn't show ultimate effort. I don't think he has it anymore.

I would still rather have Galloway even at his old age.

hmmm, guess I need to watch more games then

Randy Moss gave up on the Raiders too. Ron Brace doesn't give up though.

I mean, if he comes cheap and is rejuvinated on being with a different team... than sure come aboard. He would be a better option than possibly Austin, Crayton, and Hurd as our #2.

I just don't think he is a burner and it really helps to have that type of possession/burner wrs combo.

id take Holt 10 times out of 10 against Galloway......hes more durable and more consistent ..this was his first bad season and the whole Rams O suffered this year ,,,,he will make someone a great pickup if he gets released.....

and Jerry would get hammered if he brought back Galloway
