Not really, the home team in teams evenly matched give three points so on a neutral field it would be an even game as if in Dallas Dallas would be a three point favorite. On a neutral site they would be even. At 2.5 Dallas is actually a .5 Favorite the 3 point spread for Minny is to get even money cause the books believe everyone will play Dallas but give the points to Minny to get action on them thus spreading the bets evenly which assures the books win either way.
