You might want to explain why you think Charbonnet is worthy of a first round pick and why he is the best player we could draft there.

I think I'd go Cameron Smith (CB South Carolina) or Jaxon Smith-Njigba if same players were available.

I like the UCLA RB, but to me, he's the kind of guy you take in the 3rd and 4th round and get 4 years of solid #2 RB play out of him.

Why Charbonnet? Tony Pollard will be a prized free agent and do not want to get in a bidding war for him and overpay. Ezekiel Elliott is getting up in age, starting to slow down with time, he is a big contract , and could be a March or June cut. That leaves unproven Rico Dowdle & Malik Davis. Charbonnet averaged over 7 yards per carry this last season. He is 220 lbs , he has great vision with a slashing running style, makes defenders miss him and breaks tackles, and has good hands as a receiver. He is a 3 down RB. He reminds me of Marcus Allen and that is something I want for our team

As I understand it Young is an edge guy. So still no true DT in the premium rounds? RB in round 1 will be a tough sell to many even though I think you are right there may be a need, depending what they do with Polllard. Also you seem to have some players in really odds spots. Like Jaxon Smith is a consensus first rounder right? Same for Zay Flowers although he may be more 2nd but way higher than you have him?

I just don’t think he’s worth a #1 pick at all. You can get guys similar to him into the 4th round, historically. Bijan Robinson is the only RB that is worthy of a first round pick, IMO.

I commend you on your courage for putting this out there so early. The Cowboys taking another DT in the 3rd round! LOL. I love it because it is so like them.

I don't think we are going to see all those QBs go in the first round. In fact, I am hearing some draft "experts" say they don't think any of this QBs in this class are first round quality.

But, it is a long way to the draft and a lot of going to change between now and April, as it always does.

Jaxson Smith- Njiba has been hurt. Is he the same player physically as before?

Zay Flowers is very slight frame and does not weigh very much.He will be pushed around and banged up in the NFL

Emmitt Smith ran a 4.59 at the combine . Was he worth the gamble? I believe Charbonnet will be a special player.

Hoping he is just realizing how good he can be Atleast he can be in the rotation.

Comparisons to players drafted 30 years ago is kinda silly. The game is completely different now. Guys are bigger, faster, etc. It's a totally different game personnel wise now.

I'd rather take Ika or Dexter over ZC. Hell, I'll take Bresee over anyone if he fell out of the top 15.
Don't care if he had a down year.

Erik Williams OT 6'-6,311 lbs from 30 years ago.

Deion Sanders ran a 4.25forty 30 years ago

in this scenario im going Cam Smith in 1st, using our 4th round comp pick to move up and get Bryn Breese in the 2nd, and going Zay Flowers with our 3rd. Using our 4th round pick on the best RB left on the board.
