Timb2's NFL MOCK DRAFT 3-14-25 with Reasons / Videos

1ST ROUND

1- Titans-Travis Hunter WR/ CB Colorado


Reason- I just do not see the two highly rated QB ( Ward & Sanders) as Franchise QBs. Titans are a team with many holes both at WR & CB. Hunter looks like a solid choice.

2- Browns-Armand Membou OT Missouri


Reason- Browns I do not believe Daquand Jones is a Left Tackle. Membou checks all the boxes to become a Left Tackle. Big,fast,strong. Cleveland is not a greatly desired place to play your career,so Browns might reach for a player.


3- Giants-Tetaroia McMillan WR Arizona


Reason- Giants need a lot of help on offense and McMillan paired with last years #1 pick Malik Nabors could become the best WR duo in the NFL in a few years


4- Patriots- Will Campbell OT LSU


Reason- Looking at Pats free agents signings. They got a lot of help for the defense. What they need now is a quality Left Tackle. Highly rated Campbell should get the the call.


5- Jaguars-Will Johnson CB Michigan


Reason- Would have loved Hunter or McMillan falling to them, but look in another direction by getting the best CB in the draft in Will Johnson.

6- Raiders-Mason Graham DT Michigan


Reason- Raiders signed Geno Smith so no QB here. Get the hard nose Graham to help Maxx Crosby in the trenches.


7- Jets-Abdul Carter DE Penn State


Reason- Slides over foot injury,but easily could have been the 1st overall choice if healthy.


8-Panthers- Jihaad Campbell ILB Alabama



Reason- Panthers playing the 3-4 defense. So the need quality LBers. Campbell has all the tools to become a Pro Bowler.


9- Saints-Ashton Jeanty RB Boise State


Reason- Alvin Kamara is 29 years old and starting seeing signs of slowing down. Jeanty takes over most likely next year as the starter

10- Bears-Nick Emmawori S South Carolina


Reason- Keith Byard is 31 years old. He is also a high contract with fading physical skills. Get " The Freak" Emmawori to replace him.

11- 49ers-Aireontae Ersery OT Minnesota



Reason- Trent Williams is too old and getting injured more often. Need to find his replacement. Ersery at 6-6",331 lbs and ran a very good 5.01 at the Combine.


12- Cowboys-Maxwell Hairston CB Kentucky


Reason- Jeanty is gone, both top WRs are gone. Cowboys just signed Dante Fowler back, so what could be a need now? Diggs knee injury could be serious,we lost Jourdan Lewis in free agency. Get the fastest player in the draft with Hairston. Yes I had him in the 2nd in my Cowboys Mock, but looking at both Jahdae Barron & Darrien Porter both are older 24-25 years old already. Get the speed and a younger guy!!!


13- Dolphins-Matthew Golden WR Texas


Reason- Dolphins love speed and to air it out. Tyreek Hill,Jaylen Waddle,Matthew Golden would keep Defensive Coordinators up at night.


14-Colts- James Pearce DE Tennessee


Reason- Came down to James Pearce or Tyler Warren. Warren has 31" inch arms. Pearce plays opposite Kwity Paye and reminds fans of Freeney & Mathis coming off the ends.


15- Falcons-Malaki Starks S Georgia


Reason- Starks would be a popular pick being the homestate kid. Starks starts Day 1 at Free Safety.

16- Cardinals- Jonah Savaiinea OG Arizona


Reason- Cardinals OGs are below average. Savaiinea is a roadgrader to help the running game. Also helps as a reserve OT and being a Homestate Stud will bring some fans


17-Bengals- Omarion Hampton RB North Carolina


Reason- Bengals are all in, giving Joe Burrow as many weapons as possible


18- Seahawks-Cam Ward QB Miami


Reason- Seahawks luck out and grab Ward to learn behind Sam Darnold.


19-Buccaneers- Jalon Walker OLB Georgia


Reason- Lost Joe Tryon in FA. Hassaan Reddick is a guy who jumps team to team. Need a long term solution as a pass rusher

20-Broncos- Ty Robinson DT Nebraska


Reason- Robinson ran the fastest of all DTs with 4.8 forty plus 28 reps. Somehow he looks like a Broncos's type player.

21-Steelers- Derrick Harmon DT Oregon


Reason- Cam Heyward is 35 years old. Need to find his replacement.


22-Chargers- Tyler Warren TE Penn State


Reason- Justin Herbert gets another weapon.


23-Packers- Shemar Stewart DE Texas A&M


Reason- Stewart is a physical freak , but he is raw. Some team will gamble they can make him a star


24-Vikings- Mike Green OLB Marshall


Reason- I don't believe the Vikings think Johnathan Greenard is a starter.


25-Texans- Grey Zabel OT North Dakota State


Reason- Lost Laremy Tunsil and right now Blake Fisher is penciled in as the LT. Fisher is more of a RT type. Zabel was great at the Senior Bowl.
