Anyone interested in a serious boycott of all Cowboys' merchandise, web sites, sponsors, etc. please pm me. I have been a loyal fan for over 43 years, and this is the first time I have been ashamed of it. Jerry Jones has stripped this team of its reputation as a class organization.

Even though we have more talent than almost any team in the NFL, we are in shambles due to Jones' insistence on bringing in any player he feels might have some talent, no matter how the player affects the team and its reputation. Then he ties the hands of the head coach by applauding selfish whining because it brings attention to the team.

I hear so many of you crying that there is NO way we can cut Owens & win. Well, the last team he was on did it, and how are they doing? Let me see....they humiliated us in the last game of the season-one where each team had to win to make it into the playoffs. While the Cowboys are sitting at home watching more news about how one of Jerry's thugs arranged still another shooting of innocent people, the Owens-less Eagles are preparing to play in the NFC Championship for a chance to go to the Super Bowl.

So, anyone who is tired of Jones' way of running this team--our team by the way, let me know. If you really think this IS Jones' team, just how long would he keep it if no one showed up at the new stadium, or bought 'Boys merchandise. It is the fans who are the paying customers, and it is time we said ENOUGH!

I already started one, although it has nothing to do with Jerry Jones.

Well, I guess it does, but I'm not monetarily supporting this franchise for one year. Unless we have another pathetic season like this one, I'll go back to my former ways in 2010.

I have gotten a lot of Cowboys stuff for presents and bought some as well. I have enough, but I have no intention of buying any more. I have plenty and boycotting King Jerra this way would be easy to do. I also will not ask for any Cowboys stuff for presents either.

Now, about you saying for the first time you are ashamed of being a Cowboy fan. That is where I completely disagree with you. Never, ever be ashamed of being a Cowboys fan. I am ashamed that Jerry Jones is the owner and GM of this team, that I have no problem saying. I think Jones sucks as an owner, and he sucks as a GM. However, in spite of this, I am not ashamed of the Cowboys. Maybe you meant this to come out differently and could have chosen better wording, I dunno. But I hear your being p'd about this, but never be ashamed of the Cowboys, because when you are ashamed of being a Cowboys fan, you then are ashamed of all the lengends and great moments as well.

It just amazes me how many Cowboy fans think King Jerra is a good owner. All Jerra cares about is his infinite sized ego, and getting his face in the camera as much as he can. There is no question about it, Jerry puts his ego way ahead of the Cowboys and winning. After his giant ego comes money, then after those two the Cowboys are winning are a distant second. I don't believe anyone when they say Jones cares about winning, because if he cared about winning he would step back and hire a real football guy as GM to run this team.

Good points, but remember the Eagles got to a Super Bowl with Owens also. The problem is, who do we have that any defense would fear at WR without T.O., it comes down to that.

I would give anything if the NFL Commissioner forced Jones to sell the Cowboys or at least hand the ownership to his son Stephan. The thing is, I have come to accept as long as we have the NFLs dumbest GM and most egotistical owner any sports franchise has ever seen, running this team. I have accepted the Cowboys will be at best nothing more than a big tease when they look like the are Super Bowl contenders. King Jerry will not be able to control himself. He will do something to screw everything up just to make sure he is not cheated out of an extra 5 minutes of camera time.

In spite of all my complaints, I also realize that Jerra is very old, he has to be close to 80 if not 80. So my guess is he probably does not have much more time left where he is capable of laughably running this team. Some time soon, he will probably be forced to step down by son Stephan, so at least there is some light at the end of this very dark tunnel Jerry has given this team for about ever. In spite of all this, I am not ashamed of the Cowboys, because if I was, I would be shaming the all time greats as well. Be ashamed of Jerry Jones, not the Cowboys.
