Wishing for a drastic decrease in stadium attendance has been around as long as wishing the franchise would be sold.I wish people would just stop going to the games, he’d finally do something useful then

It been 30 years. Jerry isnt changing.Jerry will never sell the team. What I hope he learns from this experience is that he needs to take a step away from the players and radio shows. Give a new young coach real authority over team building. We have All-Pros at quarterback, wide receiver, 3 offensive linemen and Two defensive players that we can build on. It’s time to get some young coaches who can get the Cowboys to the next level.
Well said and I like you was stupid enough to believe that this could be the year they go back to the championship game.Just as Bum Bright did when the end was near, so should Jerry. His time has come And gone. He does not have the faculties to see things clearly as they are.
His time has past. Time to sell to a bright young owner.
After 49 years as a Cowboys fan, I have enjoyed the true meaning of what Dalllas Cowboys Football is and what it isn't. Last year after the SF play-off game loss, I realized that I was not going to see Dallas Cowboys Football played anymore the way that it was intended to be played as long as Jerry Jones was the owner.
I successfully divorced my once proud Dallas Cowboys team this year and took up following my home town Detroit Lions after they beat Green Bay last year to take them out of the play offs. Best decision I have ever made. What a great year I have had emotionally, and have never looked back.
I suggest you do the same with a new team. It will be good for your mental health until a new owner arrives.
He will be mummified then put in a chair to watch from his private box seats for eternity.Jerry can't sell. It's his legacy. His birthright. His supernatural mission.
Wouldn't be surprised if he's already designed a personal, pyramid-shaped tomb cosmically-aligned with both AT&T Stadium and the Star...so as to forever look upon & preside over all he alone has created.
In a glass case. LOLHe will be mummified then put in a chair to watch from his private box seats for eternity.

Dude is wayyyyy off. Jerry began to infringe on Jimmys autonomy. Sure Jimmy could have been nicer to Jerry but Jerry wanted him out. Even paid him 2 million in hush money to walk away.He didn't quit on his team, he had accomplished everything he wanted to do at Dallas. Jerry Jones was so ungrateful that he stated " A thousand coaches could coach this team to the Super Bowl." Jimmy was so upset, that he left and said o.k., do it! Hasn't happened since.
That’s what makes JJ a financial genius. The value of the Cowboys is inversely proportional to their playoff success. The more they lose the more they are worth. Why would he sell the most valuable asset in all of sport, anywhere in the world?! One that has only continued to increase in value year over year since he bought it? It would be an absolutely horrid financial decision.
The Dallas Cowboys are worth more than nominal GDP of 34 countries. You don’t sell an asset like that.
Dude…….He didn't quit on his team, he had accomplished everything he wanted to do at Dallas. Jerry Jones was so ungrateful that he stated " A thousand coaches could coach this team to the Super Bowl." Jimmy was so upset, that he left and said o.k., do it! Hasn't happened since.
Don’t let the door hit ya in the ***! Buh, bye.Well said and I like you was stupid enough to believe that this could be the year they go back to the championship game.
I have been a fan of this team since 74, but no longer.
I will not believe any of the hype associated with this team or players until the joneses sell or realize they do not know football.
WRONG. Jerry came up with that after it was already determined that Jimmy had Miami interests. Jimmy conveniently planted that story to the press. I love Jimmy, but as an employee he was a WEASEL!He didn't quit on his team, he had accomplished everything he wanted to do at Dallas. Jerry Jones was so ungrateful that he stated " A thousand coaches could coach this team to the Super Bowl." Jimmy was so upset, that he left and said o.k., do it! Hasn't happened since.
First , Jerry is never selling .Just as Bum Bright did when the end was near, so should Jerry. His time has come And gone. He does not have the faculties to see things clearly as they are.
